It is located in the heart of the village, approx. a 10-minute walk from both the Baltic Sea and the Bodden with the Wustrow harbor. It is located on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via the main entrance and a narrow wooden staircase. The living room is open to the lower hallway. The bedrooms are lockable, the kitchen has a door.

From the apartment it is about 800 m to the Baltic Sea beach and about 500 m to the harbor on the Bodden. The size of the apartment is about 45 m².
