Genießt die Tee- und Kaffee Flatrate. Ein Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger und eine Tankstelle sind schnell zu erreichen. Das Wurmtal für den Zugang zur Natur ist nur 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt.

Wooden house flair near Aachen

The wooden house is located in a quiet residential area not far from Aachen. The forest, with the local recreation area Wurmtal, begins one street further. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). Breakfast is available on request for an additional charge.

Boarding Aachen

Our green island in central location allows a comfortable living on 63qm. The fully renovated old building of an old customs house offers high ceilings and a pleasant indoor climate. The large garden or a red wine at the end of the day under the roofed terrace is also relaxing. In addition to a visit to the Carolus Thermen, we also recommend the historic old town of Aachen or a trip to the Eifel National Park. The campus of the RWTH Aachen is about 10km away - the CHIO area is closer.

Small but nice & quiet but central :-)

Completely newly renovated studio apartment (granny apartment) on 22 square meters. There is a large room with dining table, single / double bed, TV and a small equipped kitchenette with coffee maker (pads), toaster, microwave and induction stovetop. In the hallway is a large closet. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Access to our guest apartment is off the street and leads through our courtyard.

The high-quality and lovingly furnished apartment is in a beautiful Aachen suburb. The apartment is fully equipped with everything your heart desires. A fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with a very cozy bed, high-quality linens, and a mirror cabinet. A smaller cute bedroom is with cozy chic single beds and in the living room is a comfortable pull-out couch for 2! By car you are in 10min & by bus in 20min in the city! :)

Apartment with a natural ambiance

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is also a small terrace that can be used. The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

You will stay in our cozy apartment in Herzogenrath, Kohlscheid for max. 4 people. The apartment has its own entrance, a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, hallway, bathroom, a separate bedroom with double bed and a front garden. Free parking is available right in front of the house.
