Our green island in central location allows a comfortable living on 63qm. The fully renovated old building of an old customs house offers high ceilings and a pleasant indoor climate. In addition to a visit to the Carolus Thermen, we also recommend the historic old town of Aachen or a trip to the Eifel National Park. The campus of the RWTH Aachen is about 10km away - the CHIO area is closer.

In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.
