Eynattener Mühle apartment

In the middle of nature and yet central (not far from Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Liège) We rent out a 70-square-metre apartment on our property (Eynattener Mühle), with a separate entrance. The apartment comprises a large combined living-dining-kitchen area, a large bedroom, a small combined living-bedroom with a single bed (185 x 85 cm), and a bathroom. A foldaway bed (90 x 200 cm) is available upon request. There is space for 4 adults and 1 baby (cot available). An outdoor seating area, right on the Göhle, is available for our guests.

In addition to the historic charm, we offer a private shower, toilet and a pantry kitchen (fridge, microwave), TV and Wi-Fi access included. The apartment with private entrance can accommodate up to 2 people on the first floor. The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. Our green island in central location allows a comfortable living on 63qm. The fully renovated old building of an old customs house offers high ceilings and a pleasant indoor climate. The large garden or a red wine at the end of the day under the roofed terrace is also relaxing. In addition to a visit to the Carolus Thermen, we also recommend the historic old town of Aachen or a trip to the Eifel National Park. The campus of the RWTH Aachen is about 10km away - the CHIO area is closer.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.
