* Skiing / biking / hiking / swimming * The house with garden and pool (May–September, not heated) offers a sensational view over the Rhine Valley to the Swiss mountains. It has room for 7 people. Hiking and biking tours start right at the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away, and Lake Constance is 10 minutes away. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. The ski resorts (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) can be reached within 40-60 minutes.

The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

The apartment is located in our family home – my daughter and her family, as well as my husband and I, also live here. The apartment offers Wifi, TV with Internet access, free parking and a lockable bicycle storage area. The bathroom is across the hallway. Lake Constance, Jannersee, festivals, mountains and ski resorts can be reached quickly and easily - ideal for relaxation and discovery!

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.
