If you want to relax and still be in the city, this is the place to be, suitable for winter and summer. The city center can be reached by underground within 20 minutes. The house offers beds for up to 7 people and is suitable for groups and families. However, it can also be a hideaway for couples. The house is close to the lake "Alte Donau" that offers a cooling swim in summer. There are lots of other possibilities for sport (riding bikes, jogging,...). This newly built flat offers all amenities for a great stay in Vienna. It is quiet and located in beautiful Kaisermühlen, which is part of the 22nd district and surrounded by water (Danube). It's right next to the UNO as well as the Vienna International Center (Around 10 minutes walking distance or 4 minutes by bus). Only 5 walking minutes away, you can find a supermarket, pharmacy etc. The city center (and St. Stephen’s cathedral) can be reached easily by public transport within 15 minutes.
