Hof von Donnerschwee / Helene apartment

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

Get on your bike and start beautiful tours to Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede and Oldenburg from here. In 20 minutes, you can also reach the North Sea coast by car. We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

Das lila Gästehaus steht in einem weitläufigen Garten mit alten Bäumen nah am Bauernhof und bietet Platz für Zweisamkeit, aber auch vier Erwachsene oder eine Familie. Überall in dem Garten und auf dem Hof finden sich schattige Plätze für die Großen zum Verweilen und verwucherte Geheimecken und Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Ein Schwenkgrill mit Feuerschale lädt zu abendlichen Lagerfeuern auf der gemeinschaftlichen Grillterasse ein.

It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
