Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt eingebettet zwischen Wiesen und Feldern. Natur pur! Egal ob Action oder Ruhe - der Aufenthalt ist abwechslungsreich und hat vieles zu bieten. Die Städte Papenburg (17km) und Leer (20km) sind schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Nordseeküste und der Dollart, sowie die Niederlande sind nicht weit entfernt. Die FeWo ist mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt in der ersten Etage im Nebenhaus. Alleinige Nutzung!

My apartment is located in a historic building that once housed the old town hall printing house. It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, a large, open living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the first floor. A private parking space is directly accessible at the apartment and also conveniently accessible via the terrace. By the way, all income via Airbnb is used exclusively to upgrade the apartment EVEN more! Enjoy your time out - quiet and central!

Due to its location, the apartment "Catalina" in Westerstede offers something for everyone. Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple, as a family or small group, here you can relax in rural surroundings, go on bike tours and hikes, take the children to the swimming pool, the lake, Janßen's Landerlebnis or the nearby Jaderpark. This high-quality furnished apartment in the quiet district of Deichshausen is perfect for couples or families. Shopping about 1 km away, free street parking, spacious terrace in the countryside. The Wesermarsch right outside the front door and the nearby rivers Weser, Ochtum and Ollen invite you to take bike tours, walks or inline skating tours. Good location on the Weser bike path. Oldenburg and Bremen can be reached in just 30-40 minutes by car.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
