Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

The semi-detached house with separate entrance, renovated in April 2023, is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, on the edge of the "Engelsmeer" nature reserve. You will be staying in the entire basement. A double room and, if required, an additional single room are available to you. Parking is on the premises. Your pet is as welcome in our house as you are.

Welcome to our beautiful and newly renovated vacation home in the municipality of Uplengen. This house invites you to feel comfortable and relax. The open living, dining and kitchen area is spacious, bright and cozy. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. Over two floors, up to 10 people with four bedrooms and two bathrooms have enough space. Our house is not a party location, we ask for your understanding.
