We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! This unique place has a style all its own. On 85 square meters, the cozy living room with open kitchen, a small office and the pretty guest toilet are located on the first floor. The staircase leads to the gallery, where there is a comfortable sofa bed and a TV. The bedroom has a spacious box-spring bed and the directly adjacent bathroom.

The holiday home is located on the edge of a wooded private weekend community. It is generously proportioned, bright, with modern furnishings and very well equipped. It's heavenly there in every season and perfect for a short or longer break in an idyllic setting! For the summer months, there is an in-house stand-up paddle board (SUP).

It is within walking distance to the city center, state theater, restaurants and bars. The Pius Hospital and Evangelical Hospital are very close. The university is easily reached by bus.
