Several footpaths are nearby, leading to pubs, gardens, and a hotel with a new spa. Nearby Horsham offers everything to be expected from a pretty English market town. Brighton is 20 minutes by car. Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

Little Green Street Barn

Gorgeous open plan annex above garage. Property is positioned at the front of the main house with own access. The property used to be part of the well known Knepp estate so in a great position for walking & seeing the wild life on the estate. There are 3 pubs within walking distance (15-20 mins walk) & the newly opened restaurant on Knepp. We would advise you to have a car. You can get a taxi from Horsham station but once you are at the property the taxis can be unreliable.
