Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

Sounds like Scandinavia, but it's not far from the North Sea in Lower Saxony.  Enjoy your privacy on the 2,500 m² property, which is a peninsula surrounded on two sides by a 1.3 hectare private lake on two sides (your own share of the lake is about 6,000 m²) and that you don't have to share with anyone. Simply pure freedom!

Our "Walachei" is a special truss under thatch on an idyllic estate with a garden and small lake. The house was completely renovated in 2021 and is ideal for a break with friends or family. The spacious living area offers plenty of space and freedom. Many extras such as a sauna, hot tub and a fireplace invite you to relax. An additional highlight is the garden shielded from view. From the terrace or the sun deck you have a direct view of the water.

In the large, beautifully landscaped, natural garden there is a barbecue and garden furniture for relaxing. A large, well-kept fish pond located directly on the terrace invites you to relax. In summer to cool down or in winter to warm up there is a wood-fired bathtub. There is also a sauna with a wood-burning stove. From the garden you can walk the approx. 80-kilometer-long cycling trail on the Ems-Jade Canal. The canal is a paradise for anglers.

Marica´s seafood wellness

The cottage is ideal for a break by the sea as a couple or with your family. It is located in the holiday resort of Midlum on the Wurster North Sea coast and is located exactly between Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven about 6 km from the coast. A restaurant with German cuisine and a mom-and-pop shop with daily fresh rolls are in the immediate vicinity. Other larger shopping facilities are located in the immediate neighboring villages about 4-6 km away.

Genießen Sie entspannte Familienferien abseits der Touristengebiete im ruhigen Padingbüttel. Das 120 m² große Ferienhaus mit großem Garten bietet viel Platz für Groß und Klein. Während die Kinder draußen auf den Spielgeräten spielen, können Eltern entspannen. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter sorgen Spielsachen und Bücher im Haus für Abwechslung.
