The property is located directly on the Weserdeich and therefore offers a very quiet yet close to the city location. Two enclosed bedrooms and the open attic room with two double beds and a sofa bed can accommodate up to five people.

The townhouse consists of a living/dining room, kitchen, guest toilet and partially covered terrace on the first floor; two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor and another bedroom in the attic.
