Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Wendtorf

Very cozy and comfortable cottage. Not fancy but clean and well set up for 4 persons. Kitchen was small but had all the things you needed. Wonderful views of the water from all of the common rooms. Heater works well and kept us very comfortable. Nice walks nearby but not walking distance to town. Very reasonable price. Arne was very friendly and responsive and even stopped by to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend the cottage for a visit to Ærø.

Jenny's cottage is very cozy and beautifully decorated. We felt very comfortable there. We also particularly liked the fact that the garden was fenced - that was great for our dog. Since we were traveling with our 10 month old baby, we unfortunately did not use the fireplace for safety reasons. That's why it was a little cool (especially at night) on the colder, windy days despite heating, which is understandable with such an old charming house. We would definitely come back anytime in summer and highly recommend the house and location.

We felt very comfortable. The property has a private flair with interesting books and art that I learned more about at the www. A very quiet and private residential area. The garden seemed soothing to us.

It was fantastic and Susanne provided us with a lot of information in advance. It was very clean and decorated with a lot of love for detail. The area invites you to slow down, but you can do a lot at the same time. Thank you so much for providing us with such a nice space.

The house is very nice, very extensively equipped and stylishly furnished. The communication before and during the stay worked well. From the location and immediate surroundings, nature is beautiful & the path to the beach is short, which is great, very unfortunate and negative, but I found the direct location on the village main road without a fence, which is not so suitable for holidays with a dog. With the beds, the mattresses were quite soft, but that's a matter of taste. Sauna in the garden great! There were also very nice people who take care of the garden and everything, the communication was always very warm and pleasant.

We enjoyed it very much. The accommodation was ideal, especially for our children. Well-maintained, fully equipped, generous space and garden. We will be happy to come back.

I had a really lovely stay at Ærø in Susanne and Peter's place. It was incredibly cozy, neat, clean, and with a lovely enclosed garden - you really felt at home. The house is located in the loveliest streets close to the water. Susanne and Peter friendly and welcoming from start to finish and I can only give the place and them my very best recommendation and will definitely be back.

Ole's description doesn't promise too much. The view is really magnificent, the house very cozily furnished, the garden small but nice. The small place where the house is located is beautiful. You can buy honey, eggs, potatoes and more from local production in the nearby area. The closest supermarket is also not too far away. A tip: In the photos, the existing bed looks rather small, but it is king size, about 2m x 2m, so bring a sufficiently large sheet!

very nice and accommodating hosts! Questions or issues were resolved right away! Very flexible. Even last minute bookings were no problem. Everything was very clean and tidy. Highly recommended. The colleagues felt very comfortable. I would book again anytime.

We had a lovely few days at Charlotte's place and would come back. She had good tips for the area and welcomed us very kindly and warmly. We were able to use the garden well and the evenings in front of the fireplace were super nice. The apartment is well equipped for two people and there are several shopping opportunities nearby. There is the opportunity to park for free and the train station is not even a kilometer away. For people who travel by train, there is a train from Flensburg directly to Gråsten.

We have 100% enjoyed our stay. The apartment, as well as the grounds, are fantastic. The sea is next door and we felt completely comfortable. A special highlight was the small sauna area on the terrain! Thank you and see you soon!

The place was in perfect condition except for a few small things. Upon arrival we were already expected and got our keys. Our requests were immediately met by Asana👏🏼. From the train station to the property it takes about 30 minutes on foot. The bus could go more often. The taxi service on site works well. We would book this place again (App. 2).

Very pleasant stay, in a beautiful bright apartment and faithful to the photos. Located in a very quiet area while being close to the city center on foot and a pretty green park. The darkness in the rooms, however, is not total, can be disturbing. Responsive host. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Everything was perfect, we felt right at home and could enjoy our days very much. In this quiet village, Alexander's apartment is the perfect oasis of well-being with first-class amenities, whether in the very modern bathroom, in the kitchen or in the hot tub, which also works perfectly in winter. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend the apartment! :)

An ideal place to feel at home. We spent a few days at Verena and her family's farm and felt at home very quickly. Verena and her husband were very friendly and, if necessary , were there to help us. The place was decorated with attention to detail and corresponded to the photos and description. What we really liked was the proximity to the two ponies, two horses and chickens. Despite the secluded location, you can reach Elmshorn very quickly (6 km). The nearest supermarket is just under 3 km and Hamburg can be reached in 30 minutes (30 km) depending on traffic. All in all it was a very nice experience that we are happy to repeat.

Super nice stay for an overnight stay from Denmark to the Netherlands! Susanne and Otti are very friendly, responded quickly, the stay is super neat and we slept wonderfully. The sofa bed was also super nice. Recommended on the way to Scandinavia!

Very lovely place. The view to the sea is great, and you can walk to the beach in only minutes, with quite a private area to swim. The house is really “hyggeligt” and Ulrik and Lisa gave many options for enjoying the region. Recommended!

Wonderful stay in a lovingly maintained house! We had a great time in this very clean and well-equipped house. There was really nothing missing – the kitchen was fully furnished, everything worked perfectly and the whole house was very well maintained. We especially liked the foosball – perfect for relaxing evenings! The landlord couple lives right next door and was always responsive – incredibly likeable and warm. Our daughter was even allowed to play with her dog, which was the absolute highlight for her. Thank you for the wonderful time – we will be happy to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Morten’s place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to beach, public transport, restaurants, and made exploring the area super easy. Morten was friendly, responsive, and gave great local recommendations, which made the stay even better. The check-in process was smooth, and all the amenities WiFi, kitchen and heating worked perfectly. He also arrange a bbq for us with charcoal which was really sweet of him. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Aero, and I’d be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful wellness weekend with the girls in this fantastic house! We were particularly enthusiastic about the beautiful outdoor area, which together with the hot tub created a really relaxed atmosphere. The sauna was also a real highlight. The bedrooms are super nice and cozy, and the whole house is modern and lovingly designed – you immediately feel at home. The short way to the beach is perfect for walks. The only small drawback: Shopping is a little further away. But for that, the great house always compensates! Absolutely recommend, we'll be happy to come back!

We were with 9 adults plus baby and dog in the house and it was just very clean and we felt very comfortable and at home. The kitchen has great amenities and it is excellent for cooking. Check-in worked perfectly through a staff member and was really friendly ☀️ We will be happy to come back. 🫶🏻

We had a great time staying at Kirsten's house! We would definitely book the cottage again. The cottage is authentic and everything is very spacious. Amenities are very spacious in the cottage. It's great that there is a wood-burning stove. The beds sleep wonderfully. Kirsten is very easily accessible and is very helpful. The island itself is also beautiful! Old dolmens, colorful towns and beautiful beaches. Thank you Kirsten for this wonderful experience!! We will enjoy it for a long time!

We were in Kletkamp with two families and the apartment was really perfect for our needs. Very tastefully decorated, yet practical, nothing is missing. The apartment is huge, so everyone can find a retreat if you want and then everyone will meet again in the huge dining area or on the cozy couch. The large bean bags in the TV room were a highlight, especially for our children. The entire property is well maintained and the children could play great on the large meadows. You can get to the beach quickly, as well as in Plön, Malente, Eutin or...There are many opportunities for activities, whether with or without children. A clear recommendation from us and we will definitely be back again!
