Wir haben uns viel Mühe gegeben um dir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Das Studio liegt im UG des Hauses und verfügt über ein Doppelbett, Einbauküche, Tisch mit 2 bequemen Stühlen sowie ein eigenes Duschbad. Im Außenbereich ist ein Tisch mit Stühlen zum verweilen bei gutem Wetter. Herzlich Willkommen

This spacious, loft-style flat is centrally located between the popular Schanze/Altona districts – right in the heart of the action, yet quietly tucked away in a green courtyard. The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is an 8-minute walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. The cottage is a former half-timbered carport and is located on a 3000 sqm property together with the landlord's residential building in a quiet forest settlement at a distance of about 300 m from the federal road 3. It is designed for 2 people and no pets are allowed. Bed linen and towels are provided. The location is ideal for hiking and cycling tours in the Lüneburg Heath.
