It is located in a very quiet residential street in Sasel, yet it is centrally located, thereby combining quiet, comfortable living with the infrastructure of a large city. In just a few minutes, you can reach the Sasel market and the attractive Alstertale shopping centre. The driveway has 2 carport spaces (with space for 2 more cars behind if needed)

Our historic 19th century villa is a great base for a family vacation. On the large high terrace you can really enjoy the sunsets over the apple tree plantations. The house was renovated in 2022 with a lot of love for detail and has underfloor heating in all bathrooms, a new kitchen and modern bathrooms. The large garden is fully fenced and is ideal for families with children. The Hamburg city center is about 30 min. away.

Im Dachgeschoss steht meinen Gästen ein Wohnzimmer mit Arbeitsplatz zur Verfügung. In der Küche stehen Kaffee und Tee bereit, ein selbst mitgebrachtes Frühstück kann dort oder am Gartentisch eingenommen werden. Im Sommer darf der Pool von 9-20 Uhr benutzt werden.
