Luxury Ground Floor Suite with Private Entrance

AngelaRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Thank you Elizabeth for such a relaxing, stress free stay. Everything exactly as described, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and really appreciated the whole range of cooking equipment. Although Elizabeth, the perfect host, informed us of the many eateries and nearby attractions (virtually all dog friendly) of which we availed ourselves. Did I mention the garden and paddocks are beautiful.

Simply lovely South Downs Shepherd hut

JekabsRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
For people who like nature and hiking this is a jam! Easy to get there from London either going to Lewes (30 min walk) or Brighton (3-4h hike with great views). The sauna is the cherry on top after a long day out in the nature. Sian was very friendly and welcoming, and gave us plenty of suggestions. The hut is cozy with comfortable bed and good board game selection for late evenings. Local people are very friendly and it is lovely to walk to the nearby pubs along the hiking path. We highly recommend to visit The Abergaveny Arms, food is something else! Also Off the Wagon pop up pub is great. We will definitely come back.

The View @ Heasmans

AriRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Benny was really great with communication as I booked very last minute! She also kindly let me check in much earlier and I also checked out a little later due to my own fault of not realising checkout was at 10am! The place is spotless and is well equipped, there were breakfast items left which was thoughtful and generous of Benny. The location is beautiful and peaceful - lots of cute lambs and ponies and even deer! A short drive takes you into forest row where you have a good selection of shops

Cottage with tennis court and pool

DannyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Perfect place for our family of four to stay for a peaceful and secluded retreat for a couple of nights. The cottage was lovely and the grounds and surrounding garden were beautiful. My two primary school aged daughters loved spending time in the swimming pool and even attempted to play a bit of tennis! Caroline was a brilliant host and keen to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Super friendly and always clear and responsive with communication. Would love to stay here again some time and hope we get a chance to do so!

Romantic countryside hideaway

PhilipRating, 5 starstoday
Well…. what can I say that hasn’t already been said by previous guests? It’s just beautiful!! Every little thing about it and its surroundings is spot on! I’d actually class myself as pretty fussy and honestly, I was in awe of the design of the place and I don’t think there was a thing that hadn’t been thought of , from the slipper bath in the room, or the outside shower (hot & cold) it was all there making the place feel very top end. Tracy herself was lovely and greeted us with a big smile and quickly showed us around before leaving us to enjoy this wonderful place, which we truly did! Thanks Tracy for a lovely escape and we’ll be recommending your place to all x

SadieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Me and my partner stayed in one of two of the pods called kingfisher. Our stay was absolutely perfect, so peaceful the perfect getaway. We especially enjoyed the wood burning hot tub which was easy to use also. The pod itself was so cozy and comfortable. We had the best time would recommend for a short getaway.

The Pool Shed with heated swimming pool (may-sept)

MattRating, 5 stars3 days ago
How often do you see 5.0 rating for an Airbnb host? It’s for good reason that Toby has this. The Pool Shed is unbelievably beautiful, it’s well stocked, spotlessly clean, 5 star hotel level of bedding, quiet, pitch black at night - I can’t think of a single negative. Then you head outside, not only is the private pool an absolute game changer, waking up here just instantly improves your mood, there is plenty of space to chill. The only negative was we had to leave at the end of our stay! Toby and Kate themselves are genuinely two of the nicest and most welcoming people you’ll ever meet. Fresh bread, flapjacks, dog treats, freshly laid eggs was waiting for us on arrival. Incredible. Definitely the best AirB&B we’ve ever stayed at - we would 1000% like to return. Thank you Toby and Kate!!

Sea View Holiday Flat + Pool & Spa in Countryside

BevRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Our stay was lovely! we arrived and had a seamless check-in and friendly welcome. The apartment was spotless, you had everything you needed at hand! from a fruit basket, milk, even a cake as it was my birthday! the attention to detail was insane! You also have a steam room - beautiful! The pool was so much fun! I can not swim so it was nice to have the pool to ourselves so my husband could show off and also pull me around the pool with my floats! The gardens were immaculate and stunning. The flowers were stunning and vibrant! You felt as though you were abroad! So lush and green. Then you have the hot tub, wonderful after stepping out of the sauna and walking through a corridor of lush green to get to the tub, bloody fantastic!! We even had our own bbq on our balcony where you could watch the sunset and beautiful sea views. It was an amazing getaway and I know we will return. Thank you so much Chris and Erik for being such gracious hosts Bev & Clive x

The Byre - discover a hidden haven

KerryRating, 5 stars4 months ago
My husband and I enjoyed a lovely weekend in the Byre. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay and was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The log burner made it feel particularly cosy in the evenings. Jenny sent out comprehensive information leading up to our booking and responded to messages promptly. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

Charming historic cottage in the North Kent Downs

PaulRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A beautiful 18th-century barn conversion in the peaceful village of Brook, Kent. Full of character with original beams and rustic charm, yet equipped with every modern comfort. Spotlessly clean, well-designed, and surrounded by idyllic Kentish countryside. A perfect retreat for those seeking tranquillity, history, and easy access to Canterbury, and the coast. We left feeling refreshed and would return in a heartbeat.

A very roomy, characterful appartment for four people, although the beds are a bit on the small side. The place was clean, tidy and well stocked. The kitchen had everything you'd need. The instructions from the host regarding finding the property wery very helpful. Overall we had a great stay.

A Cosy Cottage With A Fabulous View Close To TW.

JasonRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a wonderful stay at the property. We took our nearly 3 year old daughter with us and she loved it. The use of the owners garden and the fact that we could pick the fruit within was a nice touch. The views of the High Weald Landscape to the north was beautiful too. Property had everything we needed and was very clean. Location was perfect for visiting Hever Castle, Chartwell, Scotney and Battle! There are so many other places to visit that we will definitely be back to stay again and explore the area further! Sarah was very welcoming also. Highly recommend!

Green Park Farm Barn

CliveRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Our second stay at Victoria’s was just as comfortable as last time - a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and good bathrooms. It is also ideal for anyone with mobility issues given the spacious layout all on one floor. Unfortunately the weather didn’t allow much time in the garden, but that can’t be helped! A nearby Morrisons is handy for basic shopping, with a large Lidl not far away. 30 mins by car to Glyndebourne. We would certainly recommend the Barn and hope to return ourselves again in future. Oh yes, and we enjoyed the welcome cake!

Rustic Log Cabin, quiet with uninterrupted views

SarahRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I’ve stayed several times here. Each time is better than the last. Vivienne is a wonderful host, and provided a cornucopia of items for breakfast. And lots of extra touches that made me feel very well cared for. The guinea fowl that thinks he’s a dog was adorable! And it’s the perfect place to stay if you want the peace of the countryside. At the back are heavenly fields, which had buttercups and butterflies. And a woodpecker landed on the tree next to my chair! An absolute gem of a place.
