Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einer kleinen Küche, einem Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche sowie einem Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa, sodass wir auch 4 Gästen eine angenehme Übernachtung bieten können. Bei Bedarf steht ein Kinder-Reisebett zur Verfügung.

Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. Located directly on the beach promenade, a stay invites you to walks, bike tours, fishing, swimming and boat trips. Rental of two kayaks and bicycles is possible. The property has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms toilet/sink/shower, a small guest kitchen and washing machine. No smoking inside the house and pets are NOT allowed.

Built in 1912 for the artillery of the Prussian army, it has had a turbulent past and has served as a high-quality residential complex in the west of Magdeburg since 2009. Belonging to the Stadtfeld West district, it is well connected to public transport and yet quietly located.
