Beautiful room (approx. 20 square meters with sloping roof) in the attic of a detached house, with fully equipped kitchenette, large daylight bathroom with shower (approx. 10 square meters) and balcony (approx. 7 square meters) in Waldshut-Tiengen. For couples (double bed) and individuals. Separate entrance via an external staircase (15 steps). The room is beautifully bright due to two panoramic skylights and a glass door.

House is centrally located to the historic old town in a very good quiet residential area with a beautiful garden. View of the city of Waldshut and the nearby Rhine. A few minutes walk to downtown. Dirket on the border of Switzerland. Modern attic apartment with parquet and tile floors, as well as fully equipped fitted kitchen. Shower/ toilet, living room, small cozy bedroom and a small room with sofa bed for 3rd person.

Relax with the whole family in my beautiful little accommodation, it has a bedroom and a nice little living area with a sofa bed for two, from the window and the balcony you have an unobstructed view of the Alps with clear skies, otherwise a wonderful view of our citizen forest and the Küssaburg, the apartment is quietly located in a 30s area, air line 50m is a playground right behind the house
