Dear guests, From the end of May, there is air conditioning in the apartment. It makes the vacation more enjoyable on hot days. Please note that by the end of October 2025 there is a construction site on the main road during the day, which may cause noise nuisance. For this reason, we have reduced the price by 35% for this period. The apartment is particularly suitable for people who work during the day, as no construction work takes place in the evening and at night and it is quiet.

Quiet guesthouse in romantic surroundings!

Recently built guesthouse on the property of an old mill. We (two families) live in the main building. Both apartments have a seperate entrance and a terrace showing to the little creek which gives it a romantic touch. The place is 10 km from Basel which can be reached by bus or train in about 30 minutes. In the village nearby you´ll find a supermarket and other stores. Good starting point to explore the Black Forrest. The mixture of nature and civilisation makes it a special place!

Our residence, a half-timbered house, is located in our romantic garden, surrounded by old fruit trees. The 19 sqm double room is equipped with bright, modern furniture. An internal staircase leads to the attic with a ridge height of 154 cm. For this reason, an adult cannot stand upright here, this must be taken into account in particular. It serves as an alternative quarter in the form of a tidy mattress storage. A small bathroom with shower and toilet complete our offer.
