The house is located close to the historic old town centre, in a very good, quiet residential area with a beautiful garden. View of the city of Waldshut and the nearby Rhine. A few minutes' walk to the city centre. Waldshut is located on the border with Switzerland. Also ideal for fitters, commuters and doctors. The clinic is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped. Living room with Smart TV, bedroom/one small room with sofa bed for a possible 3rd person.

Approx. 85 m² apartment, completely refurnished and renovated in 2020. The second bed is a folding bed that can be placed in the bedroom or living room. Directly in front of the living room there is a terrace, in addition a large garden can also be used. Directly on the hiking trail "Albsteig". Schluchsee, Titisee and Feldberg about 30-40 km away, border crossing to Switzerland about 7 km. Own car required, as there is no shopping facility in the village (about 4 km away).

Our vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is spread over two floors. Thanks to the good location, you can easily make trips to the Black Forest or Switzerland from our accommodation. Perfect for commuters is the Swiss border, which is 5-10 minutes away. The center of Lauchringen is a 2-minute walk away. There are shopping opportunities such as supermarkets, as well as restaurants and cafes. Nearest bus stop: 2-minute walk

Welcome to our idyllic house on the edge of the forest. Enjoy the tranquility and use our barbecue area for relaxing evenings outdoors. Our house is ideal for hikers, mountain bikers and motorcyclists. In winter, numerous ski slopes and cross-country ski trails are only 15 minutes away. After an active day, you can unwind and recharge in our in-house sauna. Our accommodation can accommodate up to 5 cars and free Wi-Fi.
