Very nice hostess. Absolutely sufficient and recommended for a short stay. Tram within walking distance with connection to the center. Free parking is available in the area. The studio is located in the hostess's house in a quiet area. Sofa bed comfortable. If someone cares about it and wants to stock up beforehand: The coffee machine is from Tchibo (Cafissimo). If necessary, a few more hooks could be installed in the bathroom.

Gerrit's apartment is very clean and modern. Check-in was convenient and straightforward. The apartment is located in a quiet side street (car-free zone). Nevertheless, you can reach the S-Bahn (suburban train) stop in about 3 minutes. Bakeries, cafes, etc. are also reachable in a few minutes' walk. I can definitely recommend the apartment.

Nice, cozy apartment. Communication also worked out very well. Therefore, no complaints.

Everything was perfect. I even asked him for help with a spider and he solved it and left insecticide in case any more appeared (I'm very afraid of them) but everything was spotless.

We had a wonderful friends weekend. all a private bedroom that were very spacious. you basically don't have to leave the house. it is equipped with every comfort. a lovely jacuzzi with a lovely sauna in addition. bbq works super well. very spacious kitchen where you are equipped with every comfort. large living room with a pool table. everything was very clean. we choose a different house every year but this really jumped out. this home is highly recommended

We felt very comfortable with Michael, the house is very nice and spacious, we didn't miss anything, everything is as in the photos. We particularly enjoyed the terrace and garden. An unexpected extra plus was the two big standing horses that our 5 year old daughter was busy with all weekend! :-D There are also plenty of games, the ping pong table was another great surprise. We enjoyed the time very much and are already considering when we can come back!

We were a group of 10 friends looking for a simple place where to sleep for a weekend. The appartement was great, similarly to the pictures and descriptions. The Check in instructions were extremely simple and precise. I highly recommend!

We were two couples staying for two nights and the whole house suited our needs very well. The house is a little bit rural, but it is still close major cities (Frankfurt, Cologne, etc.). It is a very charming house and looks as it appears in the pictures.

We loved our stay at Dragos's place. He communicated very smoothly and the house met expectations. There are really 5 full bedrooms and it's nice that everyone has their own place. We especially wanted to visit Cologne ourselves and found the location of the house ideal. You can leave your car safely and tram line 18 is within walking distance.

Wonderful quiet house with plenty of space in the yard and garden, a creek in the immediate vicinity , perfect for families with children. The hospitality was also very nice , helpful. All in all top weekend in a quiet beautiful area.

It was absolutely worth it.

Ute is a friendly host who took good care of us. She even offered to take us to the nearest train station when we were going to a meeting in Cologne. We travelled between the city center and the apartment with Uber – it worked well, despite the apartment being a bit away from the city center.

David welcomed us and show us the place around! There is a trail to do behind the house to a small cafe, definitely worthy!

We immediately fell in love with this wonderful apartment in a fantastic location! Stephi took care of everything here to make you feel welcome and was always responsive! A chilled welcome for us and for the furry people there were dog bowl and toys ready. The high-quality amenities were extremely clean and well maintained and actually we don't want to praise too much so that the gem is not constantly booked;-) but we would have given even more stars! Thank you Stephi for this wonderful break! We will be happy to come back!

Everything was perfect.

Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment with everything you need. Nice and spacious terrace. Hiking and cycling opportunities from the house in a beautiful green area or along the Rhine. Nice owners, available with questions.

We loved this apartment, right on the Rhine River. The view is amazing and the apartment is large, clean and very well furnished. The bed we used was comfortable (there are two beds, one in each spacious bedroom). and there are metal shades that help a jet lagged person sleep. The surrounding areas are beautiful and walkable. Even though we had difficulty finding the apartment, we would highly recommend it to others who were new to the area and not driving, like us. We look forward to returning next year and love the city of Koblenz, especially for its walking options and the charm of the old city.

The host was very helpful in advance and during the stay. It has been open and friendly communication. We didn't miss anything. We felt very comfortable! You can also reach the apartment on foot from the MAIN TRAIN STATION (if you want) at any time! Thank you very much.
