The whiteloft is one of our top locations that we have been offering on Airb&b since Oct 22. The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

S-Bahn-Verbindung nach Köln (1 Std. zur Koelnmesse).

Wiehl center is about 3 km away with various shops, bakeries and restaurants. Heating is provided by radiators connected to our heat pump, which is powered by green electricity. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Located in the middle of the Bergisches Land in a small and quiet village, you can enjoy the tranquility on a separate and fenced property of 1,500 square meters. With a bit of luck you can watch deer, foxes, owls and rabbits.

In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

The cottage is furnished in vintage style and has a fireplace in addition to electric heating. A kitchen newly built in 2022 with fridge, dishwasher, induction, oven, and everything else you might need, outdoor grill, covered terrace. Towels and bowls are available for dogs. Hiking from the house is possible for hours.
