Holiday rentals with a patio in Waidring

This is a terrific apartment located in a quiet area with magnificent views over the mountain range. The Stahl family are very welcoming and friendly hosts even though we caused them some inconvenience as we locked ourselves out one day and forgot some of our belongings on checking out. Josef was so kind to call us to let us know! Their daughter Regina was very nice to welcome us on arrival and show us around. The apartment is super well equipped and brand new. Everything was so well organized and clean. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The apartment is also very well located with very easy access to the skiing area of Lofer and Heutal. The town of Unken also has a range of small businesses including a supermarket, excellent butcher and skiing rental that is more economical than in Lofer. We would warmly recommend this apartment and definitely consider coming back, perhaps also in summer, to make use more of the terrace and balcony.

Der Aufenthalt war großartig! Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit gut erreichbar, super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Die Lage der Unterkunft war einfach perfekt – zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Klare Empfehlung, ich komme gerne wieder!

David’s place is amazing. It has a terrace to a beautiful view. The apartment is spacious, clean and private. It has everything we need for staying. We had a very enjoyable stay here.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war perfekt: sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ideal und ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war ausgezeichnet – schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Selbst bei einem kleinen Missverständnis wurde sehr zuvorkommend reagiert. So wünscht man sich das als Gast! Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert und definitiv jeden Cent wert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We have stayed at many Airbnb‘s and this one has been extra special. Inga is a warm, friendly, considerate and very helpful host. The apartment is immaculate, furnished beautifully and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bed very comfortable. The apartment is located in a very peaceful setting with views of the mountains and Greenfields and forests. Our only sad thing to share is that we have to leave. We do hope to come again a top notch stay thanks to a top-notch lady.

Tolles Apartment, Einstieg zu den Wanderwegen und zur Predigtstuhlbahn wenige Minuten entfernt. Bahnstation Bad Reichenhall Kirchberg und Innenstadt Bad Reichenhall ebenfalls fußläufig (je nach Ziel 10-20 Minuten). der Aufstieg zum Apartment-Gebäude ist recht steil wenn man ohne Auto anreist, prinzipiell aber machbar. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht, der Pool im EG ist ein absolutes Highlight.

Wir waren von Freitag bis Sonntag zu Gast bei Petra und ihrem Mann und haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Jeder Wunsch wurde mit einem Lächeln sofort erfüllt. Das kleine Appartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen, war für uns ausreichend, sehr sauber und über den separaten Eingang, Treppe erreichbar. Die Lage ist genial, besser könnte es nicht sein, ein Biergarten am See, was will man mehr. Die Brotzeiten und der leckere Kuchen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank für den erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Es war alles sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und es hat einem an nichts gefehlt. Selbst für unseren Hund gab es einen Napf und ein Leckerli. Beim Betreten der Wohnung roch es sehr angenehm, man fühlte sich sofort wohl. Die Kommunikation war super und schnell. Empfehlen wir gern weiter.

Our stay at this mountain retreat was truly out of this world! We were taken back by the views and serene surroundings. The place was not just stunning, but it also felt like home from the moment we arrived. The service was impeccable, and we appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere from the host Kristina. Traveling with our 18-month-old, we found the accommodations to be family-friendly, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Vom Check-in bis Check-out hat alles bestens geklappt. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der bei Fragen gut erreichbar ist. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft, besonders auch aufgrund der guten Lage.

Marry & Mark haben ein wunderschönes Haus in St. Ulrich, die Kommunikation ist vollkommen unkompliziert, das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sehr geräumig mit 4 Schlafzimmern und verschiedenen Bädern, Duschen und Toiletten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt im Haus, mit den Nachbarn und mit der wunderschönen Gegend. Einzig es liegt dierekt an der Bundesstraße, wodurch es bei offenem Fenster und beim draußen sitzen vor allem tagsüber etwas laut ist. Und die Wasserpumpe im Keller ist leider im ganzen Haus zu hören. Sie springt vor allem bei jedem Toilettenspülgang an, was in der Nacht etwas mühsam ist.

Das Chalet war bestens eingerichtet und ist traumhaft gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist vorzüglich und das Interieur ist perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. Mit Whirlpool und Sauna ist das Gesamtpaket exzellent! Sehr positiv ist der unkomplizierte Check In und Check Out. Rundum absolut zu empfehlen!

A quiet, peaceful, comfortable cottage near a small farm, the place has a lot of charm and a rustic feel to it. You can see the Austrian alps from the living room window. We felt very safe and secluded here, and there’s ample room for 1-2 cars. Josef and Helga, our hosts, made us feel very welcome right from the start. The village is walkable, and offers a couple of restaurants and a live theatre, and is less than 1/2 hour drive from Salzburg and all that this lovely, historical city has to offer. Whether your interests are hiking, history, museums, castles or even a 500 year old salt mine, this home in Holzhausen is a great place to stay.

Wir (4 Herren) waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende zum Wandern in Ruhpolding. Die Unterkunft hatte eine optimale Größe für uns 4. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten uns bzgl. der Breite der Schlafcouch leider keine richtigen Gedanken gemacht, sodass es für 2 von uns doch etwas eng war. Statt nach dem Motto "Pech gehabt" zu reagieren haben uns die beiden direkt Abhilfe geschaffen und eine Lösung herbeigeführt. Total super und absolut nicht selbstverständlich!! 😍 Man konnte sich immer darauf verlassen, dass man bei Fragen zeitnah eine Antwort bekommen hat. Die Kommunikation und Organisation generell war super entspannt und zuverlässig. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft mit tollen Gastgebern!

Traumhafter Aufenthalt direkt am Mattsee – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten das große Glück, ein paar Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus am Mattsee zu verbringen, und es war einfach fantastisch. Die Lage ist unschlagbar – direkt am See mit atemberaubendem Blick, der jeden Morgen begeistert. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Herbert hat uns herzlich empfangen und war ein aufmerksamer, freundlicher Gastgeber, der jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar war. Vielen Dank, Herbert, für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We had an incredible stay at Andrea’s place! From the moment we arrived, Andrea went above and beyond to make our visit special. The house was perfectly located to walk to the bus stop and ride to the base of Kitzbühel mountain for skiing. Andrea’s dog, Brunello, was super friendly and got along wonderfully with our dogs. The private, fenced-in yard was a great bonus, allowing our dogs to play and get their zoomies out while we relaxed. Every morning, Andrea made us a delicious breakfast at the times we requested, and she made sure we had passes for the bus and train to explore the area. Her hospitality truly made our trip memorable. We would absolutely recommend this place 10/10, and we’ll definitely be back to stay again for skiing in the area.

Wir haben uns bei Rainer sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden super freundlich begrüßt und Rainer hatte einige Tipps für uns in Schliersee. Bei Fragen war Rainer immer sehr schnell erreichbar und hat uns tatkräftig zur Seite gestanden. Die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Schliersee, es gibt sehr schöne Spazier und Wanderwege in der Gegend. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat außerdem einen netten Balkon. Blick in den Garten, von dem aus man sogar Berge sieht. Wir kommen wieder!

Wonderful, responsive hostess. Bea’s apartment is cozy and chic. Apartment was clean and well equipped for our 9 day stay. Bed was comfortable. The apartment is in a private home, situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Wonderful views of the mountains. Salzburg is a quaint town where the locals are friendly and the surroundings mountains are magnificent and the nearby lakes are emerald green. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We enjoyed our stay in Stephan’s place. He was warm and welcoming and very flexible about us leaving our luggage early. The apartment was nicely decorated, comfortable and worked well for a family of 5 adults. The bus into Salzburg was easy and quick. Definitely recommend this spot!

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Alles war makellos und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist super eingerichtet und wir konnten alles prima zu Fuß erreichen, da Bahnhof, Innenstadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut fußläufig erreichbar sind.
