Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Perfect accommodation for a larger group! There are cozy rooms for retreating and a spacious living room and terrace for socializing. The apartment and kitchen are perfectly equipped. The location with the lake behind the house is perfect and a wonderful starting point for hikes!

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

We had a great stay in Mark and Merry's spacious house. The house is well located close to the village and the bakery is a 10-minute walk away. We did several beautiful hikes, however, we had to take the car to get there. The Klamms, as he calls them, are magnificent. The region is beautiful at the foot of the mountains, you can see them directly from the back of the house. The bathrooms are extremely large and we enjoyed the multiple toilets and showers which simplifies life with several people in the house😉. The only negative point I have to add is for people who are allergic to dust. Probably due to the fields surrounding the house, there are carpets which creates a lot of dust. I would also have liked some flowers like in the photo.

My stay with my family of 6 was amazing. It was very spacious. The place was exactly as described. The living room view toogood to be true. The neighbourhood was very pretty. Would really recommend it to a big group.

Lovely house and would love to go back. Although we stayed in the wintertime , this place is probably designed for vacations in the summer with a lake nearby with lots of activities. We stayed only a day, and we got an extended checkout, so we got a full extra morning. In summary we enjoyed the house and it had lovely views.

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

We spent some very nice days at the property. The place was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Nicely decorated and well appointed. Perfect location to hike directly from the accommodation but also to make excursions (e.g. Königssee or Salzburg). The beautiful place is easy to reach on foot, there are shopping and refreshment options. Dennis was very friendly and communication was super easy. We can only recommend it!

Clean apartment at a very good location

This location was great for us as it was close to the town and friends/family we visited. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed us to be able to sleep really well. Thank you Bettina!

Katharina's place was absolutely beautiful!!!! Myself, my sister and our 3 teen/ college daughters didn't want to leave! She is a lovely host offering help, kindness and service in exceptional ways. The views are absolutely amazing!!!! We loved sitting on the balcony or at dinner at the table overlooking the mountains and just taking in the beauty and peacefulness. Visiting the animals was so fun as well. She has thought of so many helpful amenities for travelers. As an interior designer, I especially appreciated the beautiful and functional interior spaces from the kitchen, living to the bedrooms and well thought out bathrooms. I highly recommend Katharina's place. She is lovely herself and her place resembles both her personal beauty and her desire to create a space for others to enjoy true respite, peace and time with the people they love. Was a perfect place to start our Austria vacation. Was great to stay in the apartment with kitchen so we could cook for ourselves after long days of skiing. And the spa areas were a great way to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

Great place to stay, exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and sauna, pool and hot tub can be used at any time. Communication was also problem-free and always helpful. We fully recommend the place.

Such an amazingly beautiful farmhouse in a gorgeous area of Tirol. We stayed here, teo families with small kids. Josef was super communicative and easy-going, always looking out for us. The kids had a great time simply “being kids”. Would love to come back again.

Very relaxing stay. Totally pleasing hosts. The pool was really great and the whole garden had sun all day. Very nice places easily and quickly accessible. Very suitable for running/hiking or just relaxing.

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

We stayed in the apartment with 4 adults plus dog. We liked it all around and the apartment and the opposite are impressive. We felt comfortable Very clean and kitchen extremely well equipped. There were even bowls for the dog. The communication with Cord was also great, got some tips. We would gladly come back.

A beautiful apartment on the edge of Fuschl with a great view of the lake! We spent just under a week there with our dog and felt very comfortable. The house is in a quiet location and is the perfect starting point for various excursions in the region. Dog owners will love the green surroundings, which invite you to take walks. Nearby is an old mill where you can get fresh, traditionally baked bread once a week by pre-order. We will be happy to come back!

We had the best time and felt right at home in the apartment. Location was peaceful and in close proximity to restaurants, shops and amazing hiking trails. The apartment was clean, spacious, modern and well set up for our stay, with everything we needed to relax and cook. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and our little dog was also very welcome and at home. Great apartment, would highly recommend.

Great flat for 4 in St Johan. Underground car park, minimalistic design, very well located to enjoy Kitzbuhel

We were guests of Georg with six adults, two children and a dog. Our stay was seven nights. The location is simply ideal if you want to hike. Georg was very courteous and very friendly to us. He gave us good advice on which Alm was ideal for us and was also helpful when there were other concerns. The surroundings are simply breathtaking and beautiful. The apartment of the Chalet Rosenstein, especially the one on the upper floor, which we lived in, is beautifully, generously and tastefully furnished. The chalet's parking spaces are located directly next to the respective entrances of the apartments. We wish Georg all the best and many new guests. Thank you :-)

What a beautiful property. The outside is not yet completely ready, but if you know that in advance and that also counts, there is a feeling of a good price-quality ratio. Everything inside was fully cared for. Also for the little ones (2 years) there were the right amenities and even games that she has gratefully used. The parking space behind the house should be a little nicer accessible. The host can't do anything about that, but if you want to drive away, there is limited visibility if you wanted to turn left. We just went to the right and via the roundabout a short distance we were then quickly (safe) on the right road again. The new (3 double) windows ensure that there is no nuisance from road traffic. We would love to see how the upstairs apartment will be next year. Definitely are interested in that.

I had a fantastic holiday at the accommodation. Very cozy, everything you need is there and more. Communication with Evelin was excellent at all times. They, their family and the two dogs are very hospitable. You can quickly get to Salzburg & Co. by public transport, but the area around the accommodation also invites you to go for a walk or hike. I can recommend this accommodation 100% and will definitely stop by again if I want to go on holiday in Salzburg again.
