Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Studio apartment with a a tranquil residential vibe, ideal for singles or couples! It is located in a big house nearby a nice river promenade- the quick, easy access to the downtown areas. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.
