Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Wadden Sea

I stayed with Sandra and Peter for 10 weeks for professional reasons and had a great stay. The place was equipped with everything you need, clean and exactly as described. Particularly noteworthy is the friendliness and helpfulness of Sandra and Peter. They were always accommodating and made sure I didn't miss anything. And there were also fresh eggs from the chickens. I felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend this place. Thank you for the good time!

Leandro is a great host and the location is perfect. Neighborhood has everything you need close by. Apartment is in a traditional old building, what makes the stay even more authentic. Enough space and super cozy. The toilet space is very limited but thats nothing to complain about. Very tall people show be warned at least. 20min walk to the center. I can definitely recommend this place.

Nothing more to say, everything was perfect, the location is not so far from Hannover Messe (by car) so I would suggest this to other guests, me too I'll be back for sure when I'm working in that area.

This apartment was great for our stay in Amsterdam! The proximity to public transport and the ability to get around the city was a huge selling point. Very happy we chose to stay here. Angela also went above and beyond with helping us navigate Kings Days and was very generous in blocking an extra day to allow us early checkin to avoid the afternoon crowds in the city. The stairs getting into the apartment are steep, but she was very clear about that so it wasn’t a surprise. I just wouldn’t recommend a big suitcase!

Extremely clean and high-quality furnished apartment. The old town is within walking distance and there are direct connections to the main train station and airport. Supermarket and bakery right around the corner. I felt right at home. The apartment is very well appointed, especially the kitchen. Alexander is a wonderful and attentive host.

We felt very comfortable in Martina's apartment, the bedrooms are small, but we slept well and recovered. The kitchen is missing a microwave, but the shower in the bathroom is great. Overall a nice and clean apartment from which you can easily do something in all directions.

The place was just great! Super clean, cozy, and makes you feel right at home. Everything was exactly as described if not better. Requests were responded to in a totally friendly and uncomplicated manner – super nice and polite! There were absolutely no problems, I felt completely comfortable. Clear recommendation!

We were a group of 9 people for my sister's JGA. We were well received and even though the owners house was right next door, we had our space to ourselves. It's a beautiful area there. If you want to stay there in the area perfect, a bit cumbersome for a trip to Amsterdam but it was already possible. However, you have to plan at least 1 hour. However, we were very satisfied overall and can highly recommend the accommodation! It was wonderful and nice☺️ thank you so much!

Very peaceful location .. drive-able from all attractions around Amsterdam. Highly recommended for the beautiful views. Anneke was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely home just outside of downtown. Very easily accessible by bus and train, grocery store and other conveniences within a short walk. The host was wonderful and extremely helpful and welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again! Thanks Antoinette!

Ahmed was a very friendly host, extremely helpful and accommodating. In his house you can just feel comfortable. Everything is very clean and tidy. You have everything you need and find it quickly. The decor is very tasteful with a lot of love for small details. We will be happy to come back to Ahmed's.

A very nice house with a great open kitchen. Everything perfectly clean and maintained. We arrived by car. The location is good for excursions by bike. Very quiet location in a residential area. The supermarket is right behind the house. We didn't visit restaurants because the kitchen simply invites you to cook yourself. The owners are very friendly and easy to reach. I highly recommend the house.

Our hosts gave us useful tips for visiting the mills, Rotterdam and the surroundings of the cottage. They are friendly and helpful.

Had a great stay at Sun’s property was really close to a lot of attractions. A really responsive host as was happy to help with any questions/issues we had. If you’re coming to Amsterdam I would definitely recommend staying here

Perfect distance between work and the city center for me, as well as a short distance to walk to shops. Lovely enclosed garden and nicely decorated.

Friendly and welcoming welcome by Ingrid. She thought along about eateries and cycling routes. Beautiful, clean stay, wide range of utensils. Located in quiet residential area. Had wonderfully sunny weather, all trips by bike last 4 days.

This place was amazing! So clean and cute, and the host was SO friendly. The only thing I would say is that the apartment is on the floor level, right on a walking path, so there is a lot of foot traffic right outside. But if you’re a heavy sleeper you should be just fine :)

Great value for money and easy to get to Hanover Messe. Everything we needed. Far better than a hotel room at a ridiculous price.
