Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Wadden Sea

We were very well received and were able to coordinate very well with Martin regarding the arrival time. The stay was very nice, the apartment is nice and big and we felt comfortable.

The apartment is very spacious. The kitchen has all the comforts. All kinds of things have been thought of. Location is nicely centrally located for excursions by bike, car or on foot. In short, definitely recommended to discover the Paderborner land from a very nice, neat and nice location. Communication with Janine is very pleasant and smooth.

We have already booked Inga's apartment several times, as it is very well located in one of the most beautiful old building streets in Flensburg. We visited my sister who lives right next door. It is a few minutes' walk down the mountain to the center or through the park over the Museums Berg. The apartment is large and bright and really has everything to feel perfect at home. The kitchen is fantastically equipped and above all there is everything we need for our little one. We will be happy to book Inga's apartment again next time.

In the middle of the city and yet very quiet, as it is out the back. Lovely apartment with great things like mega coffee maker plus milk frother and projector. Comfortable beds. Everything is available in the kitchen. Communication with Gunnar was very quick and we were allowed to stay in earlier and longer as there were no guests coming after us. He always responded to questions immediately. Highly recommend overall!

A super nice apartment with a good location. Plenty of space, storage space and good amenities in the apartment. You can quickly walk to the city and the sea.

Mascha's place was exactly as described, well equiped and with fabulous views. Also, the location of the apartment was very convenient to explore the old town.

This is Airbnb as it was intended to be. A kind and helpful host, wonderful house and all around great experience. We traveled with 5 adults and 2 small kids. Sorin’s house was perfectly appointed for everyone to have a great stay. The kids loved the playroom, back garden and all the fun toys. The included bikes (including a cargo bike) made exploring and trips to the train station easy and fun. The house is very comfortable and spacious allowing us to spread out and also spend time together. The neighborhood is very quiet and seems very safe. If you are considering this as an option within easy striking distance to Amsterdam, do it. The train is an €15 round trip.

We had a very pleasant weekend in Harm's home. Everything was just as stated in the description. Harm is a friendly host and made sure there was a cot and chair ready for our 18-month-old son. Our son enjoyed the trampoline in the garden. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Mark and Paula's house was excellent. The house is very well-equipped, and you'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay and more. The location is perfect and very well connected to public transportation, as the train station is just a few blocks away, along with the tram and a bus stop right at the doorstep. In just a few minutes, you can reach different destinations. On the other hand, Mark and Paula are always attentive to ensure you enjoy your stay and are very willing to answer any questions, address concerns, or solve any issues that may arise. In our particular case, we are very grateful because they allowed us to enjoy our stay with our small pets, which makes it invaluable. They deserve 6 stars. Thank you very much for everything. Highly recommended!

We immediately felt very comfortable. The house left nothing to be desired. Beautiful accents set. Everything super clean, nice contact. Absolutely recommended. Value for money is correct. The garden is not visible, so you could step out after the sauna without being seen. Everything very lovingly and tastefully decorated! We wish you many more nice guests and all the best. A fantastic temporary home – absolutely recommended! Lucas’ house is furnished with a lot of love for detail and really offers everything you could want for a relaxing stay. The amenities are high quality, the kitchen perfectly furnished, the outdoor area very welcoming – and the cinema in the basement is just amazing! Especially great: The possibility to charge the electric car directly on site – super convenient. Lucas was available at all times, explained everything clearly and responded very quickly to messages. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be happy to come back. Thanks Lucas for the great hospitality!

Great idea to choose the apartment for a relaxing part of our six week trip. We were thinking of travelling to Amsterdam and or Utrecht but we were rather tired at that stage and have been to Amsterdam several times. We found Armsfoort absolutely delightful and Hans loved it for photography

Absolutely the most organized hosts we have ever encountered! Before we even arrived, Kim and Michiel were helpful and communicative and remained so during and after our stay. They arranged someone to greet us at the residence. The apartment has everything you could ever want. We loved the work office, exercise room and balcony. The apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable. They provide a thorough house manual and a things to do sheet that we referenced many times. Sandra was also wonderful. Everything about the home runs smoothly. The location could not be better! We enjoyed seeing the swans hatch and all of the local interests are within walking distance. Our stay was a month long. We would love to return someday. Thank you for the most wonderful experience we could imagine.

As a host and also owner of vacation rentals and also as a fewos cleaning fee, I haven't seen such a great fewo yet. These amenities are just great , fresh flowers , plants . Everything so well maintained and clean . Totally quiet and you can walk wonderfully. You can also be in Walsrode or in the Serengetipark in no time. Our dog also felt totally comfortable. So I have to say some fewos can check something out. Just a dream

The apartment is truly beautiful and inspiring, close to supermarkets in a peaceful area and in a short walk to the city centre. The surroundings are not touristy, even though really close to the busy Jordaan area. Willen was also very receptive and helpful to everything we needed. We had a wonderful time!

We had a great stay here. Lovely apartment and a quick bike ride into the city center. Quentin was a great host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam. Anyone with mobility issues should not stay here. The stairs are very steep. But not a problem for most.
