The Landscape

Even from your bed, you can enjoy the great views and a beautiful sunrise. Who knows, you might spot deer, cows, birds and hares in the meadow. Enjoy the alpacas in the yard. The Landzicht is a great starting point to explore the area. Located near nature reserves, Drachten and the A7.

The Wandelschuur

The Wandelschuur is on the edge of the forest, within walking distance to the Waddenzee and Lauwersmeer. Decorated with taste and color, moreover, there are no houses and buildings to see when you look out through the high glass facade with French doors. The Wandelschuur is a wooden cottage on a residential yard. You will sleep in the romantic loft in a spacious double bed. A nice base for mudflat walking, a day in Schiermonnikoog, hiking, cycling around Lauwersmeer, eating fish, etc. :)

Since we’re gone ourselves this week, we ask you to feed our cat Bibi. 🐱 You don't have to stay home for her, just leave the bathroom window open and she'll mind her own business ;)

One level lower are the bathroom and bedrooms, and you are "face to face" with the water.
