Cozy Cabin in the Country 101

Come enjoy the sunset on the porch of this modern cabin located in the country away from the hustle and noise of the city. Our cabin is located in a field next to grazing livestock. This cabin offers plenty of patio seating, a king size bed and a loft with twin beds. Our kitchenette is equipped with a hot plate and basic utensils for preparing a simple meal. A microwave and mini fridge are included. There is not an oven. There is a gas grill which is shared with both cabins.

The German Schmear Cottage

The German Schmear Cottage is tucked away on a quiet street in the Mountainview area. It is centrally located (HEB, Target, and Starbucks are right down the road) and only 10-15 minutes from downtown, the Silos, and Baylor. Once a detached garage, this 400 square foot space is now a cozy, modern living space and is on the property of the main German Schmear (fixer upper) house, which is also a vacation rental. Oso Condo - Walk To The Silos

Our condo in the historic Behrens building, and just a short walk from Magnolia Market, Dr. pepper Museum, Waco Suspension Bridge and only a mile from Baylor’s campus. The building was built by the Clifton family for the Behrens Drug Company in 1913. It was a fire-proof, concrete structure constructed to provide ample working space for employees and to keep them safe. In the 1990s it was converted to loft living spaces.
