We took about 6 months off from hosting, but are happy to be offering our place again. Take a break and unwind at our peaceful oasis. Though we're just one mile out of McGregor and 20 miles from downtown Waco, you will feel like you've gotten away from it all. We have 23 lovely acres with a spring-fed creek, a quarry pond, and lots of friendly animals to talk to. Your apartment was built in 2017 and set apart from the main house. The Dr Pepper House

Welcome to the Dr Pepper House, one of Waco's most beautiful and historic homes. Built in 1885 by Wade Morrison, the original founder of Dr Pepper, the home has since been renovated in the early 2000's by Christian rock singer, David Crowder. We are located less than a mile from the Magnolia Silos, Downtown, and many other Waco attractions. Perfect for families, you will love all that this charming home has to offer!
