A second story studio apartment with kitchenette, full bath With tub and shower, small refrigerator, Hardwood floors with an area rug, queen size new bed, Wi-Fi is strong and fast, TV has been added (November 2023)...Street parking. The apartment is 10 minutes from historic downtown, Baylor University and "Fixer Upper" Silos complex. Easy Exit from Interstate 35 north of the city...Washer and dryer in closet for longer stay! Old garage turned urban cabin. Just renovated into a quaint and modern space. Centrally located, this home is only a 5-10 drive to Magnolia, downtown, and Baylor. With a 2-5 minute walk you can get some of the best coffee, healthy breakfast & lunch, and cocktails in town. Pinewood Coffee Bar, Harvest on 25th, Sloane's and Pinewood Public House are each one block away. The neighborhood is right next to Castle Heights, which is a lovely neighborhood to walk in. Come enjoy the sunset on the porch of this modern cabin located in the country away from the hustle and noise of the city. Our cabin is located in a field next to grazing livestock. This cabin offers plenty of patio seating, a king size bed and a loft with twin beds. Our kitchenette is equipped with a hot plate and basic utensils for preparing a simple meal. A microwave and mini fridge are included. There is not an oven. There is a gas grill which is shared with both cabins.
