The Golden Bear’s Lair is close to everything! Five minutes from Baylor & McLane Stadium, less than 10 from Spice Village, Magnolia Silos, Cameron Park and the zoo. 3 minutes from Magnolia Table. Fenced yard and parking. This is the front unit, so when available, both units can be rented for two families or groups. Starbucks is 170 steps away. There is a communal backyard with a patio, grill, and fire pit. Both units have a UV system to help remove viruses, bacteria, and mold. Keypad entry.

Built in 1894, this completely restored, one-bedroom home boasts 12' ceilings, original bead-board panelling and a huge bathroom. Relax in the clawfoot tub or cook up a delicious dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. The huge, fenced in backyard is a great place to hang out and have a barbecue on the provided grill. End the day in the comfy king size bed and any extra guests can use the futon or air mattress in the living room. Only 4 blocks from the Silos and right across I-35 from Baylor.

This 1940s bungalow was just renovated into a quaint and cozy space to get away. Centrally located, this home is only a 5-10 drive to Magnolia, downtown, and Baylor. With a 2-5 minute walk you can get some of the best coffee, healthy breakfast & lunch, and cocktails in town. Pinewood Coffee Bar, Harvest on 25th, Sloane's and Pinewood Public House are each one block away. The neighborhood is right next to Castle Heights, which is a lovely neighborhood to walk in. Cozy home with 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms to host a maximum of 10 guests. This house is just 2 minutes away from downtown Waco and 2 minutes away to Cameron Park Zoo. This outdoor oasis offers everything with a stock tank pool to refresh during the hot day and a firepit to make smores during those cooler nights! A fully stocked kitchen and an outdoor gas grill to cook and enjoy our Texas weather. We have something for everyone here at the Cowboy Pool House.
