Lake house holiday rentals in Waco

Roger and Candice were very flexible with us and they were very nice to work with! We thoroughly enjoyed the time and we felt very at home! The kids said it was the most cozy air bnb we had ever stayed at.

Visited for a quick weekend getaway and it was just what we needed! Wonderful amenities with the hot tub, fire pit, and yard games! Definitely will book again in the future and would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway close to waco or for some peace and quiet in the country! Hosts were responsive and helpful with local recommendations!

We had an awesome time at Jason’s place. The lake access is not far away and after a short walk the kids enjoyed catching huge perch around the boat house. We loved the fire pit area and spent a lot of time visiting around a warm fire. The giant bunk bed room was a kid favorite. It had eight full size beds in the bunk room and another three beds in three other rooms. There is a little walking trail not far away. We also drove 10 min to riverside park to fly fish for a few hours in the morning. If you are looking for a place on lake Whitney that sleeps 16, has plenty of outside space and water access this is a great one.

We had a great time with our kids. No games/phones/tv. We got to finally spend quality time w our kids and enjoy the beauty of this house and its gorgeous view. Plenty of space for them to run around and have fun. They especially enjoyed the fire pit and got to do s’mores every night. Bbq grill was a plus and was used almost every night. Lake view was the best especially the sunrises I was able to wake up early for. Lake road access was right behind the house so very convenient. The beds were the best, great sleep. House had a lot of items from the kitchen to the bathrooms that I forgot to pack but was available so that was awesome. Definitely would book again in the future. Host was always available so that was a big plus. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this house.

This property is impeccable!! Better than pictures or descriptions. Had so many extra little welcoming touches; welcome note, snacks and water were much appreciated!! Everything in the house is so cute and well designed. Loved being able to dim so many of the lights. The large communal table was a fantastic family spot for visiting and games. Looking forward to returning next year!!

The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I stayed here with 18+ people, and it didn’t feel overcrowded at all! It was a great space to hangout, and it was exactly what my friends and I needed. The house was very nice with plenty of amenities, and the front yard was such a fun hangout spot (especially at night with the great lighting). The beautiful lake is within walking distance, and it was absolutely perfect. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone, and I hope we’ll be back one day!

Really great stay. We weren’t sure what to expect because there were no reviews but we were very happy with the outcome. First, Holley was very proactive and told us what to expect. When we arrived we found that we brought too much because everything we thought we might need was already there (very well stocked kitchen - pots, pans, cups, utensils, etc.) just bring your own ingredients and spices! The hot tub was clean and ready to go. Everything was very clean. And, so many games- kids had a blast! Definitely recommend 🤩

We had a blast kids loved the property and the open yard!! We didn’t have time to fish in the private lake but hopefully we can on our next stay! Thank you for having us!!
