The bright and beautifully renovated "Haus an der Mildenitz" with a large garden is located in a small village on the western edge of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Laterally, the river Mildenitz flows from Dammerower See towards Goldberg, to the rear meadows and forest, in the vicinity extensive forests and (also bathing)lakes. Suitable for couples, families with and without children, dog owners and groups, as it can be rented as a whole (230 sqm) as well as as as an apartment with 90 sqm or as an apartment with 140 sqm.

Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.

Wechsel immer freitags.

There is a flat screen, Wi-Fi and a small kitchen as well as shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in bad weather. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, and the harbor is about a 10-minute walk away. From the train station, it takes about 30 minutes to reach us. A bus stop or bike rental is nearby. The parking is right by the house. The tourist tax is 1,50 € / day / adult in the main season, otherwise 1,00 €.

Cozy semi-detached house "Dachs" Ummanz / Rügen

The accommodation is a small (~ 35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which can be reached via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well behaved dog up to knee height can be brought, please request before booking with indication of the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Hase" can also be booked.

Our beautiful apartment is a modern 33 sqm apartment where you can also comfortably stay for three. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the beach, city harbor or to the beautiful city center. The apartment has a very good transport connection. 3 minutes by regional train to the main train station 2 tram stops are reachable in a few minutes' walk Shopping for groceries is right next door.

Vacation home 300 m to the Baltic Sea

The Bernstein apartment in Neuhaus on the Darss is idyllically nestled in the dune forest and just a few steps away from the beach of the Baltic Sea. The apartment was redesigned in March 2022. It can accommodate up to four people. The bedroom with a double bed. Another separate bedroom offers two single beds. Kitchen and living room are in two separate rooms. The bathroom is very spacious and has enough space.
