Lake house holiday rentals in Vorpommern-Rügen

Our holiday was great. Rooms, beds, bathrooms and kitchen extremely clean and new. The kitchen is fully equipped. Like the visitors before us, we also had some problems with small children falling asleep, as there are only roller blinds upstairs. So, it doesn't really get dark. Since the house is advertised as a family home, we would have liked a stair gate, which can be installed upstairs or downstairs if necessary. Then it would have been a little more relaxed. We have a small suggestion for improvement: curtains or drapes in the living area. This is without, however, very sound-permeable and you can still hear conversations clearly on the 1st floor. Otherwise, everything was great. The play tower was a great success and the sandbox also fulfils its purpose. The view on the lake is fantastic. Shopping facilities are quick and easy to reach.

Henry introduced himself right upon our arrival and gave us tips. He was very caring and friendly. He was always available and was a great host. The place was clean and it has everything you need. We enjoyed the tranquility very much. The lake was very beautiful and worth a few turns every day. Beautiful nature. If you're looking for peace or action, this is the place to be. You can explore a lot in the area. We went to a different beach every day and were able to reach everything very well by car. It was beautiful all around and just what we needed. The apartment is great, can only recommend it. The house is rural and more than enough to satisfy the claim. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed, in the apartment and also in the village, it is very quiet and pleasant. In the kitchen you can find everything you need, in addition, the barbecue can be used. Wiebke is a super nice hostess. The previous contact with her was very manageable and friendly. The house is idyllically located between the river Ryck and a pasture; the right place to come to unwind. However, Greifswald and the fishing village of Wiek can be reached quickly by car. We have had a very relaxing stay.

Great house and great host! Available throughout the stay and super helpful. Our highlights otherwise: 1) the horses. Every morning there was carrot breakfast at the fence 2) fauna generally really great, birds of prey, storks, fish, water snakes 3) a really child-friendly house, we didn't have to bring any toys with us

We had a wonderful few days at Madlen's cottage. The house with super nice garden and small, private terrace with water views is located directly on the Bodden and with direct access to the rustic harbor and small playground. The furnishings are very nice and at the same time cozy and equipped with more than everything necessary for a short or long stay. Our daughter was particularly happy about the numerous toys! The open plan kitchen is modern and also contains everything you need: stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, selection of spices, etc . We highly recommend the cottage!

Wonderful stay in charming and very fully furnished house. Edith is a great host and very warm. Clean, well maintained, spacious gardens. Recommended and we would like to come again when we are in the area.

Wasn't that easy to find, but it was mainly because I didn't arrive until after dark. Jens was still there and received me and informed me super well about everything. It was quiet and very suitable for my purposes, cycling on Rügen. I felt very comfortable, always happy and thank you very much.

The house is very modern and welcoming. Everything was very clean and you have all the essentials, right in the accommodation. Whirlpool and sauna were also very easy to use and even with minor initial difficulties we were immediately helped. We'd love to come back!

Beautiful cottage with direct views of Lake Sternberg. Great amenities, linens, towels, dish towels, everything was provided. Not only electricity, water and heating , also firewood was included. Nice big table, comfy sofa and big TV. The only small criticism was the mattresses that were too hard for us, but that's a matter of taste, of course. The price for the final cleaning with dog was extremely moderate. We can absolutely recommend the house.

We had a very nice time at Yesmin's house. From the location it was as we expected and perfect for our dog. The house was very cozy and we felt very comfortable. Yesmin also responded super quickly to inquiries and gave helpful tips. I would be happy to come back. 😃

There were six of us with a dog in Zudar and we had good space in the accommodation. The house is spacious and very well equipped (especially the kitchen), the sauna is great. The surroundings are quiet, there is access to the Bodden within walking distance and a small circular path where you can watch animals. To get to the sea and for shopping you need a car or bike. Communication with Ulrich and Tristan was easy and fast. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. Thank you!

The contact with Kati was very friendly, and she was very flexible. The place was as described. It is a very nice and clean house with great views of the Bodden. We lacked nothing. We found the location ideal. Within 40 minutes we reached by car, for example, the surrounding towns and beaches on the Baltic Sea, crane observation stations and also the Hanseatic cities. Thank you for the wonderful time!

The boathouse is the perfect place to unwind and unwind. It's very quiet, cozy, and the nature around it can be enjoyed. From the large window in the living area you can wonderfully watch the river and its inhabitants (ducks, herons, kingfisher, otter, fish). By boat you can take a nice trip to the lake. This can be done by rowing or with outboard motor, where you probably need a certain hand or suggestion that we did not have had... But in any case there is a well described instructions. Our two toddlers and we felt very comfortable and we will be happy to come back.

This place gave us such a nice extended weekend. We were there 11 adults with 5 babies/toddlers and we didn't lack anything. The kids had a playroom upstairs and one right in the living/dining area. After getting up or after the sauna, the lake was cooled down. This one is just a few yards away. The kids also had fun at the lake. We actually also got the kayak from the garage next door and paddled a bit on the lake. In the evening, the children in the rooms could sleep peacefully, even if it got a little louder downstairs, there was absolutely nothing upstairs. The "game room" for the adults was perfect to occupy yourself in the evening. We were all very excited about this place and highly recommend it. By car you can easily reach the nearest restaurants or smaller towns. For example, we walked to Dobbertin (about 1 hour).

There were five of us at the bike captain's house for four days. We enjoyed it very much, the beach was reachable with a leisurely walk in 20 minutes and the house had everything we needed. The kitchen was big enough for communal cooking and player hours, and you could sit comfortably in the upper floor. We felt very comfortable.

Super house all three lovely rooms were super furnished bright bright Friendly nice decoration. Not too cluttered. There were slippers bathrobes even a beach bag if you forgot your. The house is a bit secluded but by car you can quickly get anywhere on the small island. Everything was tip top clean the check-in was relaxed. We were able to check in early.

Very nice little house right on the water/harbor. Everything you need for your stay. Glad to come back!

RIKA's place is located in Wilhelmshof south of the town of Usedom just off the ferry Ostklüne. If you love nature and tranquility, Rika is the place for you. The accommodation is lovingly decorated and offers enough space for 2 people. It should be mentioned that there is no wifi. It was a good and new experience to live without wifi!!! Apart from the well-known Baltic Sea resorts such as Ahlbeck, special places are easily accessible from the accommodation by car, Stolpe (castle and coffee), Mellenthin (moated castle/Resteraunt) and Krummin (natural harbor). Rika also has her cedar (old sailing saver) there and offers sailing turns. Highly recommended. For us Munich, the stay on Usedom was a special and different vacation !!! Thank you Rika

We especially liked the surroundings with the large park and the idyllic lake. The house is a good starting point for exploring all of Rügen and Hiddensee.

Felt right at home! The location truly is amazing. Right behind the dunes! 2min walk to the beach. The house is as described. Pictures are accurate. We loved the backyard, used the charcoal grill a few times, loved our morning coffee in the Strandkorb, and just enjoyed that deck! The house has everything you need and even includes firewood for the indoor fire place. There is a Keurig and a standard coffee machine. You also get a washer, dryer, and an indoor sauna. Even linens are included which is not a given in a lot of other German rentals. All in all very impressed to find this luxurious home. The guestbook speaks for itself! Hoping to be back!!

We spent a few nice days despite the rain, in the apartment you had everything you needed and the area also has a lot of history to offer. We felt very comfortable.
