I live with my husband in a very nice house in the green and quiet „Seckenheim“ a district of Mannheim. We have renovated the upper floor of our house with a lot of heart and soul and are happy to welcome great guests there. Of course we are happy to support you, so that you will have a nice stay in the „Rhein-Neckar“ region and with us. The accommodation is called "KAISER7" a name combination of the street name and the house number. Our motto is "Stay with friends".

This apartment is located in a family-friendly residential area. Right in front of the house there are playgrounds. Free parking is available on the side of the road in the residential area. There are two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The key handover is flexibly arranged, depending on the arrival time. The kitchen invites you to cook. Coffee, tea and spices are available.

The tastefully furnished and well-equipped flat with balcony and with a wonderful view of the Mannheim skyline, the river and the Palatinate (21st floor) is very centrally located just a few minutes' walk from the city centre, the Luisenpark and the university clinic with direct tram connections in front of the door (city centre, train station, Heidelberg).
