Everything is very good, close to the square, quiet and comfortable, the space is clean, suitable for two people, the host is very enthusiastic, will come again next time.

We used the accommodation as an overnight stay after the ferry and were super satisfied. The apartment was extremely clean, far above the normal Italian average. Thanks to the private parking, we didn't have to worry about the car. Happy to come back every time.

A great, impeccable accommodation! Very clean and modern, very nice with a terrace that offers a magnificent view! Patrizia is available for any questions and was very nice for our arrival and for her advice. The accommodation is located in the city centre which allows you to visit Tivoli on foot, all the equipment is perfect inside, and air-conditioned.... I recommend this place, which will give you the opportunity to discover the unmissable places of Tivoli and a few kilometres from Rome. Thank you to Patrizia for her kindness and support.

Amazing! Massimo and Dominica were such amazing hosts. Such a beautiful quiet area, friendly neighbours and close to Lake Bolsena. The apartment was so clean and fresh and stocked with so many goodies and we were regularly brought fresh eggs! Such a lovely little community. I loved that the apartment had fly screens on the windows so you can leave the windows open for the fresh breeze, not a common feature in Italy 😊

We stayed here for two nights while taking a rest day on the Via Francigena. The apartment is large enough that with just three of us, we all had lots of personal space. The hosts were kind enough to get us fans to deal with the heat, which was very much appreciated! It’s a neat spot with great outdoor spaces.

Together with my family, I just had a fantastic stay in Marco and Barbara's apartment. They were exceptional hosts, very welcoming and always available to give us advice on places to visit. The apartment has a breathtaking view of the lake, truly a corner of paradise. In addition, the location is perfect for those who want to visit the Marmore Waterfall, which is just a few minutes away. The house is impeccable: very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The space is perfect for those seeking tranquility, but also for those who want to explore the surroundings. I highly recommend this apartment!

What can I say...we had a great time, accommodation very close to the centre within walking distance. Mioara is available and friendly, I would gladly go back.

Perfect stay in the heart of Terni! The apartment is complete with everything you need, with a well-equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable rooms, and air conditioning that made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is truly ideal: right in the centre, perfect for getting around comfortably on foot and discovering the city. Thanks to the host, always available and super kind! Easy location close to a bus stop, pharmacy, hardware store, laundry, grocery store, pet store, two restaurant and a great coffee shop. Less than 3 minutes to the sea. Nice walk on Lungomare Marconi along the shore surrounded by beautiful villas.

We had a great few days at Franco’s place near Lake Bracciano. The host has been very responsive and helpful with clear instructions and communication. There is free street parking right outside the apartment which is very convenient. The apartment itself is spacious and has everything you need. The view over the lake is wonderful. Alessandro and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and well-cooled, which was a huge relief in the summer heat of Rome. There's also a swimming pool with a nice view from the apartment — a great bonus! The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

Lovely place, surrounded by nature, apartment with all comforts, everything very well cared for even in the details. But the strong point is Anna who pampered us with her attentions and delicacies. An "old-fashioned" hospitality that made our stay, albeit short, unforgettable!!!
