Alessandra è un host molto premuroso, presenta di persona la casa mostrandola e consegnando le chiavi. Un’appartamento nuovo, molto carino e comodo, scelto per un weekend di lavoro alll’autodromo di vallelunga (dista solo 3 min di auto). Tornerò!

ottimo soggiorno, io mia moglie e nostra figlia (due anni) siamo stati stra-bene. ottima la location curata ed essenziale, la posizione a pochi passi dal mare e il suggestivo giardino messoci a disposizione. grazie Giulio!

Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

I was truly impressed by Micaela's hospitality. She offered to pick us up at the airport when we arrived for a reasonable fee. She offered to take us for dinner, showed us where some of the popular spots were. she made us feel at home and cared for.

Alloggio appena ristrutturato, molto ordinato e pulito. Vicino a Roma e parcheggio comodo da trovare vicino alla casa. Inoltre dotato di ampi spazi e tutti i servizi necessari.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sie ist  gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Lage in den schmalen Gässchen der Altstadt ist zentral, aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Lorenzo war sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich  sehr schnell auf Anfragen zurückgemeldet. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn wir wieder nach Viterbo kommen.

Die U terkunft entspricht genau den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Wir kamen ein bisschen später an als gedacht und Flavio war sehr flexibel und ist dann auf die abgemachte Zeit mit den Schlüsseln gekommen und hat uns alles erklärt. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man zum kochen, schlafen etc. Braucht. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel und die Altstadt sowie der Bahbhof Bracciano ist sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar und innerhalb einer Stunde kommt man mit dem Zug nach Rom. Als die Stadt kurzfristig einen Wasserunterbruch angesagt hat, hat uns Flavio informiert und abends sogar noch einen Kanister vorbeigebracht was sehr lieb war. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, vielen Dank und gerne ein anderes Mal wieder :).

Posto molto bello e pulito. La cordialità di Agostino e della sua famiglia. Posizione strategica per visitare i vari punti di interesse.

L'host Ginevra si presenta disponibile e affabile, ma quello che fa la differenza è l'appartamento: ci sono, è vero, tre piani da fare senza scale ma la vista dalla terrazza ripaga senza dubbio alcuno. Letti comodi, biancheria pulita e anche una coppia di ciabatte a disposizione. Piacevole promessa mantenuta, la macchina del caffè con le cialde. Non so se e quando torneremo a Viterbo, ma in tal caso questo appartamento sarà sicuramente in cima alla lista delle opzioni da valutare

Traveling with two children and a small dog and this stay was perfect. Our host was amazing and provided several local restaurant recommendations. They even provided travel tips so we could take the train in the next town over to Rome for a day trip. The stay was cozy and just a described with lots of space. For all the "Everybody Loves Raymond" fans this stay is perfect to walk the private town from the Tv series. We were able to find all the scenes with ease and then enjoy the local restaurants just around the corner from our stay. Highly recommend anyone to stay here and after a long day head upstairs and enjoy the balcony lakeside views!

il viaggio con mia figlia ad Amelia è stato memorabile..Dal paese a pochi minuti di macchina c'è la possibilità di vedere tanto altro di meraviglioso come le cascate delle marmore... Fabio è super disponibile e si metterà a vostra disposizione per accompagnarvi nell'appartamento, in più non vi farà mancare niente per le cose essenziali del bagno,della cucina e per la prima colazione...sono molto soddisfatto...

Alessandro is a great person and host , His place is so beautiful and peaceful , next to Bolsena lake as well as the seaside . In the heart of the amazing Etruscan land with so much history you can travel to Tuscany , Umbria and Lazio and visit all the most beautiful sites of the central Italy !

Ottimo appartamento gestito da Mauro, che è un host davvero super! La località di Castel'Azzara è immersa nel verde, nella maremma e domina dalla sua altezza le colline circostanti. L'appartamento è a 15 minuti da borghi più turistici, arredato in maniera perfetta e offre tutto quello che serve. Mauro è un proprietario eccellente, prodigo di consigli e suggerimenti e molto cordiale. Stra consigliato!

Siamo state un weekend nell’appartamento di Mira ed è stato un bellissimo soggiorno. L’appartamento è spazioso e molto pulito, fornito di tutto ciò che può servire (caffè, zucchero e spezie varie anche). La vista sul campanile, da cui dietro si scorge la montagna, rende il tutto più magico soprattutto di sera, momento in cui Narni diventa quasi incantata. Il rintocco delle campane è quello che ci vuole per vivere l’esperienza di questi posti che restano quasi fermi nel tempo. In sostanza, consigliatissimo!

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Excellent séjour , la résidence est impeccable et très calme . L’appartement est génial , fonctionnel et bien équipé . Il y’a une grande terrasse sans vis à vis . La chambre est équipé d’un bon lit et de store électrique occultant. L’isolation est parfaite, il n’y a aucun bruit gênant et ça c’est vraiment bien. Il y a aussi un grand centre commercial à 5 minutes à pieds.

Le logement est conforme aux photos. Le jardin et la piscine sont vraiment magnifiques pour se détendre et se reposer. Prévoyez le répulsif à moustique pour la fin de journée et la soirée. Nombreux sites et chateaux à visiter à proximité. Je vous conseille le restaurant Le Fenice à proximité (menu à 15€ avec entree, pizza, dessert et café).

Excellent séjour chez Alessandro, je mets 5 étoiles car je ne peux pas mettre plus! Nous avons adoré l’appartement, la véranda et le jardin. L’appartement est moderne et dispose de toutes les commodités, on s’y sent comme à la maison. Bonne communication avec Alessandro qui a été arrangeant, serviable et réactif. Les instructions données pour l’accès autonome à l’appartement étaient claires et faciles. On s’y sent en sécurité car l’appartement est dans une résidence fermée et tranquille. Il y a un parking en face et des bons restaurants pas loin. L’endroit est un petit havre de paix à proximité du centre de Rome. Je recommande vivement, et je reviendrai!

Posto incantevole, abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni e approfittato della posizione per visitare Viterbo e la vicina Orvieto. L'appartamento spazioso, caldo e molto confortevole. (abbiamo utilizzato anche il camino). Torneremo sicuramente in primavera.

Excelente lugar para la estado, lugar tranquilo, cerca a la estación del tren. Anfitrión amable y atenta siempre ante cualquier duda o consulta. Muy recomendado.

Cannot recommend this Airbnb more. So beautiful and the most amazing hosts. We felt at home and enjoyed every second of our stay. You truly feel like you are living in a dream. The pool was clean and the perfect way to enjoy the scenery.

l' appartamento è molto piacevole : silenzioso e molto fresco nonostante le alte temperature del periodo. Non abbiamo neanche accesso l' aria condizionata. La piscina è condivisa soltanto con gli ospiti dell'altro appartamento presente nell'agriturismo. Anna è stata sempre gentilissima e ci ha " coccolati" regalandoci molti prodotti del luogo e dolci fatto in casa.
