Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Viterbo

We chose the property based only on the listing description and pictures, which turned out to be very accurate. Really lovely house in beautiful surroundings, immersed in nature and quiet. The house was characterful, clean and large enough to easily accomodate our party of 7 in 4 separate bedrooms. The property was very well equipped, including Wi-Fi (even though mobile reception was good enough). Beautiful reception rooms on the ground floor, and books everywhere! The temperature during our stay was in the high twenties/low thirties but the house remained quite cool. Can't comment on what it would be like in winter. A car is required as the property is isolated and not served by public transport, but the nearest village is only 10 minutes away by car (very narrow roads). We loved the place and would recommend it for people visiting the area (provided you don't mind staying off the beaten path).

Adelaide’s place is very peaceful -- you can hear the birds chirping in the garden and there's a comfortable hammock a few steps from the front door and an outdoor shower nearby -- and yet it's only a few minutes from Atigliano. Important for me: Adelaide is a dog lover and was very kind and helpful with my dog, Mocha. The only small drawback is that the indoor shower is tiny. I'm tall with an average build and could hardly fit in it. But the lovely outdoor shower (which provides privacy) made up for it and is a treat on a hot day.

We loved our stay here! The house is charming and so unique. We especially loved the beautiful views from our patio and the restaurants nearby. Caleb was a great host and was very responsive. The cats in the area were definitely a huge bonus. We can’t wait to be back!

The farmhouse is FABULOUS! We stayed in this beautiful place with 7 people, my whole family! Each room matched the description, clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds and mosquito nets very useful in the countryside! My parents really enjoyed the suite on the second floor, and the bathrooms were equipped with comfortable showers and hot water. The icing on the cake is definitely the outdoor space! The garden as far as the eye can see, the silence, the clean air... the hammock! We had a barbecue with other friends on holiday Sunday night, and the space met everyone's expectations. It was very difficult to leave the farmhouse on Monday morning, and waking up today not surrounded by nature has put even more emphasis on how wonderful our stay was! technical information: the city centre is a short walk away, but like all the villages in the area, expect quite steep climbs and descents! it's still worth it! all the nearby villages are 25 minutes away by car! GREAT!

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

This place is magical! It’s even better than the pictures, it’s a little oasys of green and beauty. The house is like a cozy cottage surrounded by majestic oaks, lush green and with a gorgeous sunset! There’s lots to do in the surroundings, Vitorchiano, Villa Lante, the Moutan botanical garden and more. Federica is extremely kind and responsive, she always helped and was very flexible. We loved the place and hope to come back soon!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with a gracious, welcoming host and a beautiful space to enjoy, this is it!

Incredible farmhouse in a very quiet place. The outdoor space is really huge and perfect for our setter who hasn't stopped for a minute. Really great solution for those who have a dog as the space is huge and completely fenced. Then, well, the house doesn't need any further description, the photos speak for themselves. A strategic area for visiting the beautiful neighbouring areas of Umbria and Lazio. Letizia is a very helpful, kind and super responsive host. Thank you! Cala and Patrizias house is truly a hidden gem. It is an ideal location for a group trip/big family trip, as the spacious house has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, lounge groups, dining areas to seat many people, etc. We felt so safe and taken care of, as Patrizia responded quickly to all our questions and needs, and the caretaker Mario helped us with heating and so on upon request. I really hope I can return here some time, the surroundings were just so peaceful and beautiful, as are the house. We had dinner at the local restaurant (about 7-10 minutes walk) in the tiny village the house is located by one evening, which we recommend. A drink at Willy's bar afterwards should be mandatory. We can not recommend hiring chef Samulele (ask Patrizia to send his brochure) enough. He and his souz chef Katia made an amazing Italian dinner with wine-pairing at the villa. He also organized a trip to a local winery for us which was just perfect!

Arriving at Alberto and Tiziana's chalet is like entering a fairy tale... the house is very welcoming... the enchanted forest... the pool kept us company in the hottest hours. Top host for availability and kindness...we will be back as soon as possible.

Renato was very helpful, his very spacious accommodation is well located and in a very quiet area. Great for groups or even large families!

What a nice surprise was this place! The chalet looked perfect and it was very spacious. Besides this we had a private Pool, bubble Bath and own part of the garden. There were toys for the kids and it was absolute quiet and peaceful. We loved it, unfortunately we only booked it for one night - we could have been there longer!

Everything is very good, close to the square, quiet and comfortable, the space is clean, suitable for two people, the host is very enthusiastic, will come again next time.

Valentina’s apartment was exactly what we needed! It was in perfect condition, close enough to the Rome airport to easily make a mid day flight and far enough to enjoy a day of peace and quiet in a classic and very friendly Italian town. What a lovely property and host! Andrea was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a tour of the home and answered any questions we had before leaving us to enjoy the wonderful property. He even sent us restaurant recommendations which turned out to be amazing. The property itself is picturesque and almost felt unreal. My family was in awe and couldn’t stop mentioning how it was the nicest part of our trip (which we stayed in multiple places throughout). It was impeccably clean without a single speck of dust present. The furnishings were all perfectly picked and each added charm to the home. The rooms were cozy and all had wonderful views. We almost didn’t even notice the weather was gloomy the few days we were there because of how much we enjoyed the home itself. I can only imagine when it’s sunny and warm! Thank you for everything Andrea. We definitely plan to come back!

Great location if you are on the via francegina but this apartment is superb. Class.

Lovely place, surrounded by nature, apartment with all comforts, everything very well cared for even in the details. But the strong point is Anna who pampered us with her attentions and delicacies. An "old-fashioned" hospitality that made our stay, albeit short, unforgettable!!!
