Very nice place and complete with all the services that can be used for a holiday home, modern and cozy, the beds are very comfortable.

The castle is a gem, once in a lifetime experience. With the decor and the overall aspect of the house, you feel like in a palace. Very spacious with everything you need in the kitchen. On the downside, it was a bit cold but our host turned on the heat and it was ok. Andrea was very helpful, giving us local recommendations and always pending to our needs. It was quite a medieval feel to our stay and we loved it.

We had a great stay at this cozy accommodation. This venue was great and the hosts were even better! Having a meal or just wine on the patio was relaxing and peaceful! The location is perfect too - close to many restaurants, the grocery store and downtown! Highly recommend a stay here. 

We had a wonderful stay and Lucio was very welcoming and his communication was fast and informative. The apartment was in a great location in walking distance of everything you want to see if Orvieto. Our phone reception was a bit patchy when we arrived into Orvieto due to the eSIM provider we used but all we had to do was find a spot with phone reception so we could reach Lucio to let him know we had arrived. He was very punctual with checkin.

Good place, close to everything. Train station 5 minutes walk, close to the market, restaurants and cafe-bistro. Very convenient to go on a cruise.

Beautiful and charming house surrounded by the nature of the surrounding countryside, ideal for getting away from the routine and frenzy. Although we are sure that, for the amenities offered (swimming pool, barbecue, garden) it is even more exceptional in summer, we had a great time. Everything is as advertised. Enzo was very kind and flexible with check-in times. He welcomed us warmly and made himself completely available. A few insects visited us in the cottage, but it's more than normal given the location, it would have been strange otherwise. Overall, a great stay.

Honestly, the photos of this place do not do it justice. It’s absolutely stunning - and in a super quiet location. The house is beautiful, and Antonella was so lovely!

Claudia’s place is truly delightful and our stay was outstanding from arrival until departure. The host was very responsive and answered questions before the stay clearly and concisely. The home is large, beautiful, with stunning picturesque views across the property’s olive grove and beyond. Claudia’s hospitality was amazing; Check in was very easy and we were even greeted with an unexpected gift full of amazing home made delicious pastries, local honey, olive oil, home made bread and more. You can easily reach the Eternal City in less than an hour by car and then return home after a busy day to the tranquillity and charm of Claudia’s country farm. There are many places to visit in the area including the quaint hamlet of Farfa, with it’s local shops, bars, restaurants and the Benedictine Monastery, where chef Jamie Oliver once cooked for the Friars. This is by far the best Airbnb I have been to and would I highly recommend it

Excellent stay in Silvia's beautiful and spacious apartment, also equipped with all the useful amenities. Silvia was extremely welcoming and largely adapted to our arrival time. If we return to Aquapendente, we will return to Silvia.

My wife and I and our dogs were on the weekend of April 25 at Piera's place. We had a great time: small but very functional house,beautiful garden fenced for our dogs and spectacular views. We don't see you coming back.

We only had a night to stay in Cristiana’s place but it was the perfect pit stop. Prior to the trip, she answered any questions and requests very quickly. She even sent a video on how to access the home. We asked her for parking recommendations and she responded within minutes. The actual place itself was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and check out the next day was easy.

Fabio is a very kind and professional host. The view from the apartment is beautiful and the apartment is very nice, with spacious rooms. We will be back.

Cleanliness,availability, hospitality and cordiality are the values that distinguish Simona and her apartment; in fact she has made herself readily available to support us, both by phone and personally, to our requests. Apartment strategically located near the beautiful "Città del Tufo": Sorano, Sovano and Pitigliano (about 10/15 minutes) and the Mulino Falls. I recommend it! Also great are the typical products sold at your nearby grocery store.

Fantastic stay. Super cute apartment, everything super tidy and clean upon our arrival. We were really relaxed and that's what we wanted. Communication with the host was always impeccable and available. Really, really nice!

Our family of four (with two teenagers) had a wonderful stay. We had plenty of space and slept comfortably. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the design is one of a kind. Mario was a thoughtful, responsive host. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. If you are visiting Sorano, I highly recommend Mario’s place!

I've never found many amenities offered in just one place. Eliana was immediately very available to provide us with a camping bed with everything you need and a high chair with great respect for our one-and-a-half-year-old girl. The house is full of children's games and books that my little girl immediately looted! In the kitchen there is a need for tea/herbal tea and pasta, while the bathroom is full of products for everyone! Eliana also recommended activities and restaurants nearby, a super approved place to stay!

It was lovely to stay in Fabrizio‘s listing. The apartment was lovely clean quiet and private and we felt right at home. The location was amazing to go to a supermarket. It was a great location to get to the central room very quick and easy access to all travel to get into the centre of Rome and other places extremely helpful as well that there was on street parking right outside the apartment. I would 100% recommend Fabrizio’s listing a great location and a place to stay if you are coming to visit Rome!

We enjoyed our stay at Maria's place a lot. She kindly agreed to welcome us earlier than planned and even helped us find the right route to get there easily. The accommodation is very clean, well-equipped and the view from the balcony is particularly relaxing. We often hear birds, which adds a lot of charm to the place. It takes about 25 to 30 minutes to reach the Vatican, and the other main tourist attractions are accessible in less than 50 minutes. A very pleasant stay, we highly recommend it!
