Cozy gazebo and two patios overlooking meadows, fields and cow pasture. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and herbs. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 meters from the house. Newly built (autumn 2023) bright and airy eco-house of 30 sqm in the middle of Ravlunda. Living room with high ceilings. Bedroom with two beds. Loft with two beds. Bathroom with shower. Around the house it's gated with fences. There is room for both play and breaks in the sun. New for 2025 is that we built an entrance roof. We provide bed linen, bathroom towels and a smaller basic assortment in the pantry. You can also get freshly baked bread during the local sourdough bakery's open days.

Jag bor i ena ladan och min syster i den andra. Så det kan vara lite liv och rörelse,men vi är snälla och enkla. Det kan komma en katt på besök. Refurbished cottage among apple orchards near Kivik

Bästekille är en liten by högt belägen mellan Södra Mellby och Vitaby. Det är 3 km till Kivik och ca 18 km till Simrishamn. Här finns äppellundar och betande kor. I byn finns en gårdsbutik med ägg, potatis och grönsaker efter säsong. Allt är kravmärkt från bonden i byn. Konstgalleri Fabriken ligger i byn. I södra Mellby finns ett bageri där ni kan köpa goda bakverk och bröd. Närmsta bad är Kivik eller Vitemölla där det finns vackra sandstränder. Stugan ligger vid vägen som går genom byn.

Welcome to our renovated guest cottage in Kivik's old fishing village. Within a hundred meters you find the beach, playground and restaurants. The cottage has a new fridge and stove with oven. Within reach is Buhres Fish and other restaurants in the harbor. The bedroom has a new king size bed. You have access to the garden, mostly to yourself. The accommodation is suitable for 1-2 people. Bring bed linen, or rent for 150 SEK/p. You do the final cleaning yourself.
