The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Stay in your own apartment in one of the lengths of a four-length Skåne farm in the middle of Brösarp "the gateway to Österlen." Immediate proximity to all the comforts of the village. Here you will have a good stay in two rooms and a kitchen with toilet and shower room. Possibility of 2 extra beds, i.e. a total of 6 beds. The beds are made when you arrive, both sheets and towels are included! Idyllic if you want to experience amazing scenery as you can enjoy the garden with flowing streams and grazing sheep on the surrounding hills.

In the middle of Brösarp is our cottage in a quiet and scenic setting. The cottage is in close proximity to our dwelling house. It is walking distance to Gästis, Talldungen, ICA store and to the many hiking trails found in the surroundings. To the sea with the long sandy beaches it is 7 km. In the cottage there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and glass veranda. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it on the patio or in the glass porch. Barbecue is available with all accessories and bicycles can be borrowed.

A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Cottage in Juleboda/Österlen next to Maglehem & the sea

Within walking distance is the vast beautiful beach that stretches from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025, we have 4 new nice bicycles in the cottage that can be used by guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in Helge Å, among other places. The military facility Ravlunda shooting range is a bit away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no activity. In other periods, sounds and bangs from shooting exercises can be heard.

Welcome to Bästekille, a charming village about 3 km from Kivik. Here you wake up among apple orchards and grazing cows. In the surroundings, you will find a fantastic bakery in southern Mellby. You can swim in Kivik or in beautiful Vitemölla. On the other side of the road, there is a farm shop with eggs, potatoes and vegetables according to the season, all certified. Open 24 hours. For those interested in art, the art gallery Fabriken is located in our village Bästekille.
