Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Virginia

Our family enjoyed our stay at Nikita’s place very much - we hope to visit again next year. Fantastic location, comfy beds, and the apartment itself is gorgeous.

Place was really clean and comfortable. Would be a great place for bringing a family. Onege was very responsive, friendly and flexible! She made sure to make my pups feel welcome with their own dog beds and bowls. I do want to note that this home does have a unit upstairs but it still felt private. The place is very spacious and does make you feel like you have the whole house to yourself.

Eugene was an excellent host! He met us when we arrived took us up to the condo showed us everything explained how to get in and out of the garage. Told us several places that were close by to eat at. His place is right in front of the James river. There is lots of walking trails, you’re near the canal you’re near the park very walkable. I will always contact Eugene when I go to Richmond so I can stay at his place again!

This condo is in a great location close to every attraction in Williamsburg. It was perfect for our family to spend time together. We loved the pool and my husband and I tried pickle ball for the first time and loved it. The place is nicely furnished and the beds are very comfortable.

Elizabeth was a wonderful host. She was friendly, informative and responsive. This was our 3rd stay at Kingsgate and it never disappoints. It has become my kids (13,15) favorite place to visit. They tell all their friends. There are tons of activities, including a movie theater. We found out recently that the outdoor pool is heated so you are not limited to just the indoor pool during the colder months. They have a wonderful pool side bar and grill. My kids always ask for the slushies :-). The room is nice and spacious. Even the pull out couch is comfy! It has a full size kitchen with everything you may need. I love the little nook in the master suite, ideal for reading. The balcony is great to enjoy your morning coffee or the peaceful evenings. There is plenty of space for everyone. We never feel crowded. It is the perfect family getaway no matter the age. I highly recommend this property and look forward to checking out other Wyndham properties as well.

I am a repeat visitor and still as impressed with the Loft as I was my first time! I really love the location near the park and river. On my last visit it felt like coming home - Thank you 😊.The host is wonderful (and the breakfast as well). Looking forward to my next visit.

What a beautiful little gem this place was. We were in town for a local wedding so we didn’t get to spend too much time at the property but we felt right at home when we were there. The space is beautiful and homey with everything you need. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Brandi is an exceptional host, very responsive and friendly, and made check-in easy with her detailed instructions and photos on how to get inside. She also thought of pretty much anything you could possibly need or want in the apartment, with a popcorn maker, coffee maker, and even a cocktail maker. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and inviting, and off-street parking was a plus. We enjoyed our stay here!

We had a great trip and it had everything we needed for a family of four and four-legged! Plenty of space and everything was clean and ready for us! Convenient location to the bridgewater location (boat rentals, restaurants, gift shops and putt putt) as well as to lake access and grocery stores. Thanks for a great stay!

I cannot say enough nice things about Sarah and her place. The space was absolutely beautiful and functional. There were tons of great amenities and a well stocked kitchen (pots, pans, things to cook with). Sarah herself was an amazing host. She went above and beyond for me when I had a booking issue. She always responded very quickly. She even left our group some donuts, which was the sweetest surprise upon arrival. This house was perfect for our weekend book club retreat. We made so many memories and hope to be back next year!

We had an absolute amazing week with family! There were more than enough activities to do inside the house that we didn’t really even utilize everything! The space was also very large and accommodated everyone well. The kitchen was stocked with most necessities and the second fridge downstairs was great. The carpet was definitely on the older side with some stains, but it still felt clean. I wish there was a pantry or a cabinet to put groceries away, but there was good counter space to use. Jonathan was extremely responsive to questions while we were there and even when we left! I have a feeling we will be staying here many more times in the future!

One word - Fantastic! We rented the house for a family vacation with toddlers and infants and this was the perfect house. The house is very clean, well maintained and has all the amenities you can ask for! If you have infants, they provide cribs, changing stations, high chairs, etc. All the amenities were top notch and communication with Erika and Germain was a breeze. They are proactive and are constantly in touch with you throughout the stay. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we cannot wait to come back here again.

We had an amazing girls weekend! The home was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. We were blown away by how much private beach space there was. There were a good amount of indoor activities to do as well. Hosts were very responsive to texts, would definitely recommend For future guests, especially those with younger children, be careful while in the water/on the beach! The hosts said river shoes are recommended and I agree. There are definitely sharp rocks at some areas and hard shells hidden in the sand. Luckily there was a well stocked first aid kit inside

This beautiful home was exactly what I needed to house my extended family to be close to a graduation venue. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! They were so helpful in EVERY way, truly going above and beyond. Older homes have character, and upkeep can be a challenge. However, here the interior was spotless, and exceeded my expectations, 10/10. The exterior had a couple spots that could use attention, but was overall very nice. Beds: quality mattresses, linens, and pillows! Even the day bed downstairs was super comfy. Kitchen: clean and well-stocked. All the essentials and some extras were available. Backyard: amazing! We made use of as much as we could, weather permitting. The gazebo is a lovely place to gather. And the pickleball court—OMG—we literally spent hours on it! We also played corn hole and other games. All in all, a fantastic weekend, and this home is at the top of my list for Richmond. I would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Loved the resort and all the different things to do. We will definitely visit again, had a great time!

Michael is an excellent host. Our stay was outstanding. Clean roomy comfortable plenty to keep everyone busy. Supplies of everything were ample. Thanks for having us. So happy we were close to all the attractions we enjoyed. I could not have asked for a better stay!

Everything was exactly like it was stated. We came with our 2 daughters and their partners. Having a separate living room and kitchen for us and them made everything simple and gave us all plenty of space. The amenities were wonderful for any age that might stay there.

Michael's place was clean and extremely comfortable. It was within a 15 minute drive to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg, as advertised. The varied amenities kept our kids (ranging from almost 15 to 4) all occupied and everyone enjoyed their vacation. Highly recommend.

Working with David was great and our stay was comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The place had everything you could need and Margaret was a wonderful host. She was so quick to answer every question and went over and above to make sure our stay was wonderful. It was such a relaxing time being right on the lake. We took advantage of the paddle boards she provided as well as spent way too much time on the Pickleball courts. Definitely would recommend this place.

It's easy to be a great host when everything goes right, but it's harder when everything goes wrong. The lock broke so we couldn't get in. Mary Ann responded immediately, had someone there to help us within half an hour, worked on alternative places for us to stay in case they couldn't get the lock replaced, and generally did everything she could to get us settled as quickly as possible. Would stay again knowing that we'll be taken care of in emergencies. The condo itself was lovely, right by the beach, and in the middle of everything you could want.

Great place for a long Busch gardens/Water country weekend. Me, my two kids, and another small family shared the rental. It had plenty of space and everything we needed, and was a good value! about 15 minutes from the amusement parks. Michael was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
