Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Virginia

This is an extremely spacious loft with a unique layout. There are multiple seating and sleeping areas throughout. It is located right in Downtown—specifically Shockoe Bottom—which we loved because of all the interesting restaurants and bars within walking distance. It’s definitely an eclectic area, but we were surprised at how peaceful and serene the loft felt, even with all the hustle and bustle on the outside. Our little dog enjoyed as well. Looking forward to returning!

The apartment is everything you see. Close to Metro and Reston Town Center. Wegmans being in the same building is a short walk downstairs. Hassen is very responsive with any troubleshooting issues in the building.

This place was super cozy, clean, and homely, with so much to do in the area. Top tier space with plenty of peace and privacy. Prime location close to everything. Only part I didn’t like is when I had to leave! Definitely recommend and will be staying again.

Tanishia was a great host, super responsive, flexible, and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place as it has great amenities, is close to everything needed, and is very convenient. It's a beautiful place, I will definitely be returning for future trips.

We had a fantastic stay at Onege's property. The apartment is pristine and looks exactly like the pictures - everything is clean, sleek, well-organized and practical. We stayed here for a week and the kitchen was fully-equipped to do son. Onege was a extremely helpful and kind host, who would respond quickly and helped us out with any questions that we had. I definitely recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay for an extended family weekend in Williamsburg for holiday activities. All attractions we wanted were easily accessible from the location and the interior was nicely updated and extremely clean. Only note is it is a timeshare location so the personnel try to push that upon check-in, so just have awareness of that. Otherwise, absolutely no issues and all a positive experience!

The host was exceptional! I absolutely loved the property—spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of Arlington, VA. It was perfect for me with a variety of local eateries and shops just a short walk away. A wonderful stay overall!

A nice relaxing time. The host was very communicative. And the movie room was amazing! Reclining in a leather chair, watching Star Wars on the big screen, it doesn't get better than that! Walking down to the lake was easy (driving would be even easier). The lake was so peaceful. We enjoyed our time immensely!

Beautiful house full of amenities and privacy within a short drive of historic downtown Petersburg where many hidden gems are located. Basia was very communicative and made our stay stress free. What a wonderful home and host!

Great place to stay with plenty of instructions. Google maps tries to take you past and on a 15-minute loop around the block. Luckily we saw what was happening and found the place quite easily with Brenda's instructions. We would stay here again but probably in the summer sometime. Lots of outside activities for children.

Andy and Ling’s place is absolutely gorgeous. All of the amenities were as described. Every game in the arcade was fully functional and so much fun. The movie theatre was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked, rooms were cozy and had plenty of extra blankets and towels. This house is the perfect place for a family reunion or gathering. Close to DC- about 1 hr 20 from SW DC. We weren’t too sure what to do in the area so we drove to Luray one of the days in our stay (about 45 mins away). Along the way we noticed plenty of things to do including wineries, breweries, cideries, small shops and of course Shenandoah national park and skyline drive. Major grocery stores and chains were within 10-15 min drives of the house yet while on the property you feel very secluded. There is a second small structure/rental/in law suite that shares a driveway with the main house, but the two are far apart enough to feel a sense of privacy. Already planning the next trip back! Great hosts, great property.

I cannot say enough nice things about Sarah and her place. The space was absolutely beautiful and functional. There were tons of great amenities and a well stocked kitchen (pots, pans, things to cook with). Sarah herself was an amazing host. She went above and beyond for me when I had a booking issue. She always responded very quickly. She even left our group some donuts, which was the sweetest surprise upon arrival. This house was perfect for our weekend book club retreat. We made so many memories and hope to be back next year!

Very nice house located in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area and need a place to rest.

Our stay was fantastic! Erika's place was clean, fresh, and comfortably fit our whole group. The house had plenty to do for everyone and was exceptionally well stocked. We loved the fire pit, hot tub, and movie theater in particular. This was our group's 6th year doing this trip and this house is certainly one of our favorites! The only item of note would be to be prepared that the house is very close to the neighbors, so if you are night owls you will just want to be aware of your noise level.

Our family (6 people total) stayed for four days and spent our time at Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. The complex is about a 5-8 minute drive from CW and Jamestown, about 25 minutes to Yorktown. Perfect location, plenty of food options in the area, and it's quiet and away from traffic. Tons of amenities including indoor pool, arcade, and mini golf, though we did not use those as we were very busy being tourists. The check-in process took a bit of time due to our room not being ready when we arrived, but we got it resolved within 30 minutes or so. The condo was far more spacious than we anticipated and included two kitchens, a bathroom for each room, and laundry in the room. Large kitchen table allowed us to eat together for breakfast, and the spacious living room was big enough for everyone to hang out at night. Overall a great stay, at a very reasonable price compared to the hotels at the historic sites!

We enjoyed our vacation, and the place was awesome. The place had great amenities, and the host was a great communicator. I would definitely recommend this place and host.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week stay in this unit. Beautifully decorated, appliances were fantastic. Nice that she provides some basics such as foil, salt, assorted spices, etc We enjoyed the amenities of Bernard’s landing. Pickleball, swimming pools and beaches. Easy to dock our boat at curtesy docks. We will definitely come back. Thank you Margaret for your quick response to any of our questions. Hope to be back sooner than later
