House felt like home and exceeded expectations for our family of four. My kids already want to schedule our next visit!

Great place to stay, beautiful veiws

Bridgette was very helpful and quick to respond when we needed a last minute booking! The spot was very quiet and peaceful and a plenty places to take our pup for a walk.

We loved being right in the heart of Colonial Beach! Less than a 10 min walk to several restaurants, breweries, entertainment and the beach! We would totally stay here again. It felt like grandma’s fun beach house; cool vintage touches throughout, cozy and welcoming.

This is my third time in Penn's airbnb. I love the host and the apartment is just one of my favorite ones after many many years using airbnb. Totally recommended!

Kayleigh was the perfect host. All eight of us arrived for my wife’s 50th birthday and I realized I was locked out of my email. I contacted Kayleigh and she unlocked the house for me and sent me the code via text message. She checked in to see if we needed anything and gave some local recommendations for places to visit. The house was fully equipped and clean. It is in a quiet peaceful area that has a great view of the mountains. I looked forward to another visit in the future

My family and I were very pleased with our stay here for Christmas! It was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-stocked. We did not encounter any problems during our stay. I would absolutely recommend it for another family, especially during the Holidays.

Beautiful house with a great country setting. Very nice winery next door. close to town and only 1.6 miles from Laray caverns. I read a review about noise from the road but we had no problems. Definitely would recommend.

This location was very convenient to downtown and things to do. It was super clean, easy instructions to get in, and there is a good brewery attached to the building complex: A Few Old Goats Brewing. The space has good updates, concrete floors, and nice furniture.

Overall decent price and I will be staying again

This was the perfect stay for us. We only needed a one night stay but could’ve stayed longer. The apartment was roomy with plenty of amenities and very quiet! We will definitely stay again if we come back through Roanoke!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Walapa's place. Very clean and comfortable. Very conveniently located to downtown Lexington, VMI, and W&L. Walapa is great and provides timely, clear communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Neil’s place was wonderful and absolutely perfect if you want to bring your furry friend. The apartment was clean and cozy, and the bonus courtyard that is completely closed in was amazing for my dog! This place felt very safe and private!

We enjoyed staying here for a long weekend with four adults and one toddler. The space was as described and it was enough space for all of us. It didn't seem as clean as it could have been but there was some cleaning supplies there that we were able to utilize. Overall, we liked the space and the location right on the beach. We would definitely return!

The three of us found this condo to be the perfect size and very comfortable. We made meals in the full kitchen and enjoyed the fireplace. Well appointed, we never were without something we needed. We will come back.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this home at SML...very peaceful, with friendly neighbors and a great location. Beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Thoughtfully stocked and some extra appreciated treats left. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our weekend very much! This condo it close to the trails we love. Very comfortable, we really felt at home. The bottom floor with the walk out in the back was very convenient for our dogs for quick walks etc. We would love to stay again the future!
