Highly recommend! Kathy was super responsive and kind in communications, and her home was lovely. Great location, and kind neighbors. A spacious space for our group of 6 adults and 3 kiddos. Especially loved the separate tv room and living room, which allowed the kids to watch movies after a day at the beach, while the adults enjoyed conversation in a private space. We had fun renting a golf cart - not needed as everything is walkable, but fun and helpful when making multiple trips everywhere. Hope to stay again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wren House in Afton, Virginia, and it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled amidst nature, this retreat offered privacy and breathtaking mountain views. The hot tub was a delightful addition, perfect for unwinding after a day of tubing at Wintergreen Resort. The spacious layout made it ideal for our family gathering, providing both comfort and tranquility. I highly recommend Wren House for anyone seeking a serene getaway in a picturesque setting.

Bijan’s place was amazing! My husband and two small children were very comfortable here. The places offers all the comforts of home and all staff went above and beyond to ensure your stay was nothing short of great. Not only is there an indoor pool to splash and play in with the kiddos, it is directly across the street from the ocean and in close proximity to so many great restaurants. Definitely a must place stay I guarantee you will love it just as much as we did. We will definitely be looking at staying here again in the future!

It was clean, well kept, and everything we had expected. The front storm door handle was broken upon arrival, but Lori was quick to respond and work around our schedule to rectify the issue. Great communication and effective response is always important and it is apparent that she is on top of things, which was much appreciated.

A true gem of a location. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. Its the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature's beauty.

Pros: Location! Minutes to the slopes. This was the best location we have had in all the years we have been coming. The views are amazing. Bedrooms were roomy and there was ample seating in the kitchen and living room. We were 10 people and the house didn’t feel cramped at all. The host was very responsive when we reported damage upon arrival and a leak under the kitchen sink. I would book again! Cons: Basement was cold. The host had space heaters to warm up the space which we ran the entire time we were there. Bunk beds were not made when we arrived and the towels were not placed in the bathrooms. There were no hand towels. Linens are aged and pillows need replacing. Very basic bedding, no extra blankets to keep people warm. The kitchen needs a deep clean. Many drawers are dirty, utensils sticky. There is no order to the cabinets. The house sleeps 14, but there are only 8 coffee cups and not enough utensils for everyone to eat at the same time.

This house is very large, with plenty of space for groups. With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths it works well for groups. There is plenty of kitchen and dining space. The house is not cluttered and each room is spacious. Three of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. TV reception was great. We'd stay again! It is located right across from a nice city park with trails and swing sets, as well as workout stations. On the other side of that is One Loudoun - a retail, restaurant and mixed use space that has plenty of eateries and other shops (including a Barnes & Noble, hair salons, a movie theater and more). The house has a two car garage and plenty of street parking as well. Pet friendly area, with a paved patio. The beds were comfortable, and most are upstairs (one in the basement/lower level game room area). There are stairs into the house and also from the garage. The house is in the flight path to Dulles, and there is a lot of aircraft noise (with a short break late at night).

We had a great stay at Keepin it Real! This condo has everything you could ever need and more. Hosts were very responsive from booking through stay. They definitely did a great job utilizing the small space-two people is the perfect number. Very comfortable and clean. The bed is huge and very comfortable. Dollar General is close, groceries about 10 minutes away. Very nice deck with nice furniture. There are quite a few steps down to the condo from the parking lot and down to the pool. Dogs have to be walked up near the parking lot in the grassy area. There is no lake access for swimming-just for boats.

This was an outstanding place. First thing I noticed upon arrival was how clean and well kept the place was. Like spotless. Linens were clean and great quality. Beds were super comfortable. Location was great— lake front. Very safe. This place was PERFECT for our family— we have 3 small kids and took advantage of the pool, playground and small beach, all of which are walkable from the place. We also walked to the “bites and pints” where there was food and live music. Wonderful.

Ney’s Place is better than described. The photos do not do it justice! It’s exceptionally clean, well-stocked with all of the amenities you could need (and more!), and full of thoughtful extras. The beds are incredibly comfortable, making for a great nights sleep. The sauna was a fantastic bonus and made our stay even more relaxing. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it!

This house out did all of the expectations! Location was perfect, privacy was well kept, kayaks and paddle boards were in great condition. Directions were very easy, kitchen was HUGE and perfect open space to all relax for my birthday weekend. Zero complaints from our guests aged 3-68!

Really beautiful property. Safe, rural, peaceful. Hosts were responsive. Had a couple problems but these were addressed immediately. Very happy with how responsive they were.

Great Place and wonderful hosts, they are very responsive and friendly! Location and the rooms were as described in photos. Beautiful neighborhood and very accessible to beach. Our entire group which included adults and kids had lots of fun and carried great memories back home. Thank you!

Wendy’s place was great. It was well located within walking distance to many great spots. Stores, movie theater, mini golf, restaurants and an ice cream parlor. It was also just a short drive ti see the wild ponies and water fowl. It is very spacious and clean.

Our crews are working in the area and needed a last minute weekend stay. This place fit so well? We should change our current spot!

Our brief stay at Ashley's Boutique Guest Stay in Downtown Clarksville was exactly what we were hoping for. We were in town for a 20-hour rendezvous with old college roommates. We chose Clarksville because it's halfway between our respective homes in Richmond, VA and Greensboro, NC. We chose Ashley's place because it was situated in the heart of downtown and offered plenty of space to relax and catch up. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and peaceful. The towels were deliciously thick and soft. And the porch overlooking the street was perfect for morning coffee and people-watching. So perfect, in fact, that we overstayed our check-out by 20 minutes! Sorry about that, Ashley...

We had a group of eight adults, and found the price to be very accommodating with enough room for everyone. The place looks exactly as described in the photos very walkable to the beach, which was really great. Nik was very communicative and proactive, really appreciate his responsiveness. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back.

We absolutely loved staying at this house, we felt right at home and it was a great walkable area and close to all Cape Charles has to offer. Cozy space, well decorated and especially great for families and kids. Highly recommend and plan to try to return in the near future.

Justin’s place is a great place for a large group to stay in massanutten. Many of the homes in this community have steep driveways, but this home has a large, flat driveways that perfectly accommodated our groups needs. The house was as pictured and described in the listing— homey and welcoming with lots of practical items— fully stocked kitchen dishes and pots and pans, sole children’s toys, plenty of outdoor and indoor seating, as well as comfortable bed rooms. We’d highly recommend this home for your trip!

Our reservation was canceled last minute and we found this place as the replacement. They were very quick to accept and had it ready, even when we got there 30 minutes early. Very friendly people and a great place to stay.
