Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

Lovely newly renovated house with associated guesthouse only 150 meters from the sea, with lovely swimming and nature out of the ordinary. There is room for eight people in three bedrooms, one of which in the guesthouse (which also has its own bathroom with washing machine). Social areas with room for many on the ground floor and bedrooms on the upper floor. Well-equipped kitchen that invites cooking. Privacy-protected courtyard with pool and sun from morning to night is accessed from the living room. Relax with the family in this peaceful space.

Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

After a few kilometres of magical winding forest road up the hills, you will come to this unique cottage. The forest ranger's cabin is high up and the view of Hanöbukten with the stone head nature reserve in the background is unique. Here you can walk, hike in untouched forests, along trails or by the sea. You are between heaven and sea in one of the most beautiful places in Österlen. Proximity to sea and swimming, towns, villages that offer food, fish shops, farm shops, cafes, restaurants, music performances, flea markets, etc.

Old school in Vik

The house is perched high overlooking Stenshuvud and Hanö Bay. It was built in 1897 and was Viks Folk High School until the end of the 50s. In 2011 and 2012, an extensive renovation was done and now the entire house is as in newly built condition. However, we have strived to preserve the original character of the house as far as possible. Vik is Österlen's oldest fishing village and the old settlement is very well preserved. Here is calm and pleasant here and the surrounding nature is stunningly beautiful!

Wake up with the beach just outside the door - here it is easy to unwind and enjoy the tranquility in a unique environment. Simrishamn's cosy city centre is within walking distance, and around the junction, beautiful bike and walking paths await through fantastic nature. Our guest house is perfect for one or two people and has all the amenities you need, including a barbecue and infrared sauna. Bed linen and towels are included, and parking is right next door. Stay in a classic Shepherd's hut in the middle of Folk & Fruit's organic apple orchard. A wagon built throughout in solid eco materials. Equipped with double bed, kitchen, fireplace, shower and toilet. The cart is completely `off grid'. Here you can be completely disconnected and experience the feeling of living in the middle of an apple orchard. The nearest neighbours are Baskemölla eco village with its varied architecture. 500m down to Baskemölla harbour for morning swim from the harbour pier.

Bus 5 minutes walk from the residence, runs once an hour. Stenshuvud is 10 minutes by car. Two 18-hole golf courses with restaurants within walking distance. Stenshuvud National Park 10 minutes by car. Mandelsmans garden in the neighboring village 5 minutes by car. Grocery store 200 meters away with freshly baked breakfast bread.

Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.
