Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Old school in Vik

The house is perched high overlooking Stenshuvud and Hanö Bay. It was built in 1897 and was Viks Folk High School until the end of the 50s. In 2011 and 2012, an extensive renovation was done and now the entire house is as in newly built condition. However, we have strived to preserve the original character of the house as far as possible. Vik is Österlen's oldest fishing village and the old settlement is very well preserved. Here is calm and pleasant here and the surrounding nature is stunningly beautiful!

Stay in a classic Shepherd's hut in the middle of Folk & Fruit's organic apple orchard. A wagon built throughout in solid eco materials. Here, the stress runs off, in the charming old fishing village north of Simrishamn, which is surrounded by fruit orchards and is the oldest of Österlen's seven fishing villages. From the house, it is only a 400-meter walk down to the harbor and beach with swimming opportunities.
