The house is located in a new residential area, where it is quiet and peaceful, and without annoying through traffic. The countryside with great hiking areas is in the immediate vicinity. The same goes for Vannverksdammen, which offers good swimming opportunities in the summer. Prepared ski slopes at Konnerud, and a short way to 2 downhill slopes!

Her er det god tumleplass for 2 familier som kan ha hvert sitt hus, men likevel bo sammen. Det er også full anledning til å leie stedet for flere vennepar. The rental is located down in the valley with a view to the mountains. The house is a part of the Leir farm. It is eight minutes to drive to start of the alpine lift, and twenty minutes if you want to drive up the mountain. And if you want to ski up, the trails go over the fields all the way to the ski lift, provided there is enough snow. Or you can make your way along the old farm road through the forest.
