There is its own fenced, sheltered garden where you can enjoy the hot tub with birds singing and something good in the glass. Right by forest, hiking trails, the scout cabin with fire pit only 400 m away. Lovely and representative residence! Extremely good parking facilities for up to 4 cars just outside the door, cobblestone courtyard. From the property there are stunning views over the "whole" Drammen. The home is located in a new residential area, it is quiet and quiet and without annoying through traffic. Marka with great hiking areas is in immediate vicinity. The same goes for Vattenverksdammen and offers good swimming opportunities in the summer. Prepared ski slopes at Konnerud, and a short way to 2 slalom slope!

The villa is located on idyllic Husøy, outside of Tønsberg. Husøy is an island with about 1000 inhabitants. On our island we have a golf course, several swimming beaches, football field and a beautiful coastal path. Closest beach about 350 meters from the house has jetty, beach, playground and volleyball field. Here is also Ole3 which is a ferry that goes to Husvik. This is free and you can bring bikes on the boat. The nearest food shop is about 1 km from the house. It is 10 min from Tønsberg and Tønsberg pier with car.

The rental is located down in the valley with a view to the mountains. The house is a part of the Leir farm. It is eight minutes to drive to start of the alpine lift, and twenty minutes if you want to drive up the mountain. And if you want to ski up, the trails go over the fields all the way to the ski lift, provided there is enough snow. Or you can make your way along the old farm road through the forest.
