The cabin is located only 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. 100m from bicycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

Very good sun conditions, evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Everything at the cabin can be used, including the boat with an electric outboard motor, kayak and canoe. Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity and dishes. Small cottage located on a farm with stunning views of the Totak lake and the mountains. We live in one of the houses on the farm. Another house has two apartments that are rented out on AIRBNB.("Rofshus" and "Rofshus 2") In summer, there is access to tables, chairs and barbecue outdoors. Rauland has 140 km of groomed ski slopes, 5 min away by car. 10 min to ski resorts. 5 min by car to Rauland city center with shops and electric car chargers. Great hiking terrain summer/autumn.

"Kjempehytta" is an Idyllic small cabin located on a beautiful island in Lake Toke in Bamble, Telemark. A perfect place to see the the starry night sky, and enjoy nature. In summer you can go swimming an fishing in the lake. To get to the island you need to padle a canoe. The canoe and two lifejackets are included in the rent. Cabin in the middle of everything Telemark has to offer. The cabin is centrally located at Jønnbu (Lifjell), but at the same time by itself by a small lake. Great hiking areas with fishing waters, mountain peaks and marked hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. Lifjellstua (restaurant) is located 150 m from the cabin.
