The interior is simple and harmonious with fine colours and authentic materials that create a warm and intimate atmosphere. Invites peace and quiet. No TV. There are great opportunities for outdoor activities both summer and winter; swimming, boating, hiking trails, top tours and skiing/alpine skiing at Gautefall ski resort. Lower your heart rate at the top of Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta is located 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum municipality, right next to the climbing park Høyt & Lavt Modum. Here you can find tranquility among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view over the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just enough space for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent e-bikes, stroll down to the climbing park or explore the local area.

Mountain cabin with amazing views in a quiet area

At 920 meters above sea level you get stunning views of Gaustatoppen, peaceful surroundings and very good sun conditions from morning to evening. Short distance to the mountain, great hiking opportunities, fishing, swimming and cross-country skiing, as well as farm life at Håvardsrud and the cultural heritage of Rjukan, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Gaustablikk ski center is 50 km from the cabin. The cabin is well suited for families and guests who want tranquility, nature, views and good experiences all year round.

Newer cabin with great views and nice hiking opportunities

Viking age hut listed in 2017 in Øygarden hut area. It is a small cabin area with good distance between the cabins and you have great hiking opportunities just outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but it is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch to the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic goods in kitchen cabinets and there may be goods in refrigerators with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.

We invite you to idyllic surroundings between mountain and lake. Our 30m2 Lyngebu cabin is located on Ånudsbuoddane cabin field,by the lake Nisser in the heart of Telemark (5 min to Treungen center with several shops, 15 min to Gautefall ski center, walking distance to water, mountain trails). We also provide rowboat so the area can be explored from the water. Here you will get the best lake and mountain views with all the comfort to enjoy your stay!
